Those spoilsports who want to ban it should listen to the bad swear words and violence in the songs of to day . Love you Tom Jones ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
delilah by tom jones, i still listen to this song many times, now i am 65yo
Saw Tom in concert last weekend the place went crazy when he sang this....he did a little stabbing motion he sang about feeling the knife in his hand.
I saw the light on the night that I passed by her window
I saw the flickering shadows of love on her blind
She was my woman
As she deceived me I watched and, went out of my mind
My my my Delilah Why why why Delilah
I could see that girl was no good for me
But I was lost like a slave that no man could free
At break of day when that man drove away i was waiting
I crossed the street to her house and she opened the door
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more
My my my Delilah Why why why Delilah
So before they come to break down the door
Forgive me Delilah just couldn't take any more
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more
My my my Delilah Why why why Delilah
So before they come to break down the door
Forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take any more
pretty useless tbh but thanks
Saudades de quando via o programa TOM JONES na TV branca e preta Minha Adolescência muito lindo
[Intro]
I saw the light on the night that I passed by her window
I saw the flickering shadow of love on her blind
She was my woman
As she deceived me I watched and went out of my mind
My, my, my Delilah
Why, why, why Delilah
I could see, that girl was no good for me
But I was lost like a slave that no man could free
At break of day when that man drove away I was waiting
I crossed the street to her house and she opened the door
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more
My, my, my Delilah
Why, why, why Delilah
So before they come to break down the door
Forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take anymore
[Instrumental]
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more
Did you post lyrics in the comment section of a fucking lyric video?
Did you post lyrics in the comment section of s fucking lyric video
I felt the knife in my hand..about this lyric Does he mean to kill Delilah?
Yes …which is why they have finally decided to ban the song for the welsh rugby …
@@NISFWheezyso that they know whats next to the lyrics. Quit yelling buddy
An unforgettable song, sung by an unforgettable singer.
Can’t believe they want to ban this absolute banger
Well if you listen to the lyrics and then look at the figures for domestic violence and then understand that some mentally challenged people are effected by sings and that even one murder in such accounts is too much, you might willingly choose another rousing song with more pleasant lyrics
Rubbish the song has been out for decades and there is zero evidence that it inspired people to murder, what next are you going to say ban Bohemian Rhapsody because that's about a murder as well.
@@theinngu5560 who cares, it's one of the best parts of going to watch the Welsh rugby team
@@owainthomas2316 I think it is a song about a man who went to his ex-girlfriend's house and took back the knife he had given to her last Christmas..
I can still remember my self singing this song when I was 3 years old. 😂
My my my Delilah! 😂
Wonderful song, there is nothing wrong with it, only sick and pereverted people, the have problems.
This is how I feel right now, been with this man for 7 years no improvement in our relationship,I gave my heart to a man who don’t deserve me after 2 kids he treat me so bad , I’m drain emotionally and physically like I can’t go on my body so weak and exhausted, depression and stress , I’m goin to leave him I just can’t take it anymore no help with raising the kids . I’m tired
La letra describe una tragedia y está mal, pero la melodía es linda y esa voz es inigualable. La amo aunque cuente cosas feas. Precioso Tom Jones.
que cuente cosas feas no significa que la cancion está mal
Loved 🥰 the song.🎶
Tom Jones never loses it ❤
I. Love. 🧡. You. Please. Peter.
My 👤👩🏽. 🎀👍♥️😍💋🎶
Me and my parents would listen to this song since I could remember and only today I learned what I was listening too. And I couldn’t be any more happy
Like Delilah 😂😂😂
Just come to check out the lyrics because it's just said on the news that the song has been banned in Welsh rugby because of the violent nature of the words.
Love to see them try to stop 60,000 Taffies belting it out at the match at the weekend.
Ditto
Rugby is much, more Violent than the song!! If the song goes, so does rugby.

If the woke hadn't got this song banned I never would have listened to it. What a great performance. I guess we shouldn't sing about our feelings anymore. Oh well, I remember freedom.

Tom jones a georgious guy who was a great singer
We need to get it to no.1, that would really piss them off
My thinking too. Is itunes or Amazon the way to do this? Or does it all count now? I haven't brought a single since the 90s lol
@@user-vu7rv1xf1l
Yeah, all the streaming apps count towards the chart position but I think to get it to no.1 we would have to start a massive internet campaign, but that's beyond my expertise...
Yes it would definitely the too gooders In this so called United Kingdom
