totally agree on the sizing topic! I wore jeans that were too small for way too long because i didnt want to admit that i needed a bigger size. the way clothes make you feel has such a bigger impact on your confidence than the number on the tag, that no one sees btw. 💗

love the body positivity with the swimsuit size!! Im in a psychology of body image course in uni and its so sad to see how many people (spoiler alert: most!!) struggle with their body image and how much it affects self esteem. someone like you who can recognize that and spread more positivity and acceptance to their followers IS proven to help increase body satisfaction and esteem in those who view it!! So thank you for not perpetuating stigma!! Nobody needs to strive for the thin ideal, every body is healthy and beautiful 💖💖

Hi Jaci! I know you mentioned on your last vlog about the food sensitivity test and mentioned the almonds again in this video. My two best friends are dietitians and they have said that those tests can be deceiving and can sometimes show "sensitivities" to foods that are commonly in your diet i.e almonds. They said the only real test you can take is an actual skin allergy test. I think food sensitivity tests are seen as "pseudo science" in clinical settings because their results are seen as unreliable. It would actually be interesting to see if your results come back the same if you tested again. But of course if you feel better, that is all that matters, but i just wanted to put that out there! Hey Jaci! My boyfriend and I used lazy susans for our deep cupboards. It helps so much with organization. Also, Ikea has tiny shelves that can be used so you can stack stuff in cupboards as well :)
For the stain on your grey sweatshirt: pour laudry or dish soap in the dry sweatshirt then add soda powder, it should look like a paste then simply throw it in the washing machine
Had you washed the blue pants a lot prior to hemming? Or did you wash them after having measured them? Because maybe there was some shrinkage involved?

have you thought about putting a mirror behind your rack in the gym? i feel like since you said you weren’t seeing results a mirror would help. i find my pump and muscles look so toned while i’m doing the workout vs after when i’m looking at myself doing day to day things. plus you can always check your form and dance in front of the mirror in between sets ahah.. anyways🪞think about it!
