Bonnie is hands down the best female vocalist of any time frame in my humble opinion. She emulates birds and many other nature sounds in her tones. This song is powerful. Also, together with Annie makes it even more special. May the revival of the elephants and the trampling of turtles lead the way.
Her cover of tool's schism with elephant revival is mesmerizing. I hope I can see them someday as I just found about her and her band on 3-20-2024 on you tube. She has an original and distinct voice and stage presence that puts you in a trance. Unintentional asmr
I saw these two at a coffee shop in Tahlequah when I first got out to meet people. I found out Bonnie was just in for a visit, but got to be around Annie here and there. One time we were there (out at the creek) and somehow late into the night, there was a fire that Annie and me were left at and I played my fiddle with her, then she kept playing her bass. Her hair covering her face because her head was looking at the ground, and fire light.... It will always be single most rare beautiful thing I ever saw

I have loved her voice for a long time, but it is the way she pulls her smile further back that is so unique. Love the Alvarez - I had mine made in 1973 by Kazuo Yairi but my hands were badly injured in a car accident which ended my years in music.
