Do you perhaps have any video explaining the duties of a community manager or how to measure community manager performance apart from the normal stuff like "keeping your community happy". How can we increase engagement in a community?
Great question! Short answer: go talk to the members and really find out why they joined the community in the first place. Then look at how you can meet those needs. I'll go over this in more detail in future details but it always goes back to understanding the people in your community and delivering the most value possible to them.
