Corrupted? I think you should be aware that WB is responsible on NRS situation, they're being forced to Make changes that many people don't like
I understand you’re a lifelong fan as am I but I gotta keep 100 this story was super meh never really felt like they were in danger Havok hot folded up super quickly and then it just ends this story was dry and damn near soulless
Unlike Aftermath, this feels like a taste of things to come....or rather just a first chapter of more story expansions. Looks like we're getting a re-telling of the 3D era games with everything going on in the story and character endings.
But still, what MK needs is for them to let loose on the kameos, make their buttons much looser and less strict for hit confirming combos and Sub-Zero getting back his damage from pre release.
I sooo hope we get another few chapters/characters in a year 🙏 despite the cramming of ideas, maybe a plot hole or two/things that could be nit picked, I loved this expansion, and was very cool to watch and play through.
Honestly, it’s just disappointing. They didn’t really do much with noob they should’ve done more with him we should’ve saw how Bi han became noob more scenes with that would’ve been better
And I just don’t like the romance aspect of the story. It just doesn’t fit for Mortal Kombat. In my opinion I don’t know it’s overall mid. But the towers of time and all that and the improvements to invasion I like.

Liu Kang could have sent Titan Havik to the Void like he mentioned when trying to get him to retreat
I believe that Empress Tanya was able to defeat Noob because of the fact that Titan Havik had his mind corrupted at that moment. Bi-Han's ambitions were still there but his quick thinking skills were being held back by Havik to prevent him from going rogue. He was able to defeat Scorpion since he knew his fighting pattern while he never fought a version of Tanya before so he couldn't adapt to her fighting style because of the handicap Havik put on him. But when they cleared Bi-Han of his handicap, he proves why Havik had to limit Bi-Han.
Yup... seems like there is a uniform feeling about the story all across the board. Story is OK overall, but the ending is trash, and the story feels rushed and could've benefited with atleast another hour

If you notice, Cyrax came on the scene fighting both Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu. She was stoping anyone who wasn’t going directly for Kuai and Smoke.

MK11 as a WHOLE was and is clearly better overall than MK1 by far. It’s not even close
So soooo disappointing. Are they gonna make Sub zero Hanzo next? I’m worried that NRS is stupid enough to just get rid of Sub zero altogether…
The easiest way to explain the dlc is it’s ok it has good parts and bad parts but it just feels like another set up for the next story with how it deals with the characters
The story was a 6/10 started off good but ended horribly. Also, NRS needs to stop doing character chapters because there's no way Cyrax should beat Scorpion or Bi-han and Tanya shouldn't have beaten Noob. They also destroyed Kuai Liang's character because he treated Cyrax like crap even though she saved Harumi and had a good reason why she followed Bi-han.
I think a 2nd story mode expansion would be necessary

Idk how anyone could justify how terrible the writing was for this plot. It was rushed, didn't make sense, had no real consequences, dialog was just awful and broke rules that beginners know to avoid in writing a story. They have to get rid of this writer.
I liked the amount of content we got. With the amount of new skins & characters.
The story was too short. Havik for having the kamigodo was so weak.
Ending was disappointing.
I kept waiting for a scene after the credits. Felt so rushed.

I like what they did with Noob this time. He regained his consciousness and chooses to embrace his powers as the Lin Kuei's new dark grandmaster.

Already have 110 hours on the game and I’ve been loving it so I got mk11, but when I saw noob on the roster I had know clue who he was. Now I understand more about him (and I’m a sub zero main) I think he’s a sick character
I have to play the entire story again. I will say all 3 new characters are awesome. Love playing as all 3

I think the big problem here is that the multiverse idea is a good idea but that can NEVER work here with such a small cast,when you see "Other universe" characters it doesent look like another character,it looks like the same character with a different skin BECAUSE WE BARELY SAW ANYTHING ABOUT THE "ORIGINAL" VERSION TO BEGIN WITH!!!! I mean what the "Other Cage" added to the story!? I know clearly they love this character bcs he is just EVERYWHERE but like cmon! I didnt really loved Tanya and Rain participation but they were 2 characters that needed some screen time,but johnny!? Cmon! Half the dlc characters being guests also doesent help with the small cast trying to be big,if we had mk characters that would join the main timeline because of the chaos timeline it qould be great but...no so i really feel they should quit the timeline thing,it felt like playing a invasions season in story mode AND PLEASE WRITE THE SCRIPT BETTER,Fighting someone with a kameo and then fighting him again with the kameo as the protagonist after its just ridiculous
We already got a Part 1 reaction, no Part 2?
IF we do get another DLC expansion, then imagine it started off with a Havik chapter and it consists of him fighting other Titams like Titan Shao, Titan Baraka, Titan Noob, and Titan Sindel before taking over their timelines, then get back to the present and Liu Kand puts dude in a blackhole and Empress Tanya will be the new Titan. And that's just me being hopeful.
Now here's me being realistic: It goes straight to General Shao's rebellion and that whole expansion consist of it. Then the post end credits scene is the reveal of Onaga who escaped Reiko and that leads us to MK13/2.
I just enjoy the game for what it is. I have been playing Mortal Kombat for 20 Years if not more and I still cant get the combos to save my life, no matter what they do I will always ENJOY MORTAL KOMBAT. I am just having fun with it. No time to worry about what is right or wrong with the game. After all its just a game at the end of the day. try and look at what is right with the game instead what everyone else thinks is wrong. E
I really started laughing and got disappointed all at the same time immediately once I knew I had to play Tanya to beat up Noob Saibot in that one fight too as well. I was just like come on man… are you F’ing serious right now? No way this would ever happen 🤦🏻🤣
The arcade ending for Noob and Sektor indicates that they broke Bi-Han out of the Temple of the Elements and he's back with Sektor and the Lin Kuei.
So when they finally end up doing kombat kids v.2 sektor and sub zeroes child will basically be the cyber subzero.
I don't care Bi-Han is not bald I like to think it's just his final gear piece (which I got yesterday 😎) with all his hair and we I'ma need that noob ending to not be Cannon

Watched it through RUclips some of it did feel rushed compared to part 1 smoke should've been given more things to do same with lu kangs version of geras i like what they did with scorpion and rain from the khaos timeline army Johnny Cage was pretty cool they should've saved noob and Sub zeros betrayal in general for another game
I'm confused as to why Tanya stunning Noob was "woman empowerment". But Geris stopping Noob wasn't "black power" 🤔? Especially when Tanya beat everyone in her chapter, Noob beat everyone in his, but Geris couldn't stop himself from being kidnapped 🤨.
Because I don't remember it being "woman empowerment" when Frost beat Quan Chi.
Also, people threw a fir when Dvorah killed characters y'all cared about. So now characters died that noone cares about. And it's still a problem 😮💨. This the last MK game. I just know it 😒.
Hot take: I actually love Tanya's storyline and her relationship with Rain. I love the thought of Empress Lei Mei as well.
They've had a problem with characters winning and losing in story modes since MK9. The first fight of the tourney in MK9 is Reptile losing to Johnny. It was ridiculous to have the "You must prove yourself"/"Perfection is key" character become a scrub. They've been screwing up ever since. I don't understand why they can't just let us win the fight as id its a portion of the actual fight then show our character losing in the cutscene after. Instead, we have Cyrax beating Scorpion and Sub Zero right off the bat.
The other major problem is the writing team. They straight up need to get rid of them.
It would have been cool to see Havik successfully use the Kamidogu to merge all the timelines together and by the time all the main characters get to the gateway they realize it’s too late to stop Havik. Now all the alternate timeline, multiverse plot line is finally over and Mortal kombat 13 would feature every character that was playable in every mortal kombat. Now that would be pure Khaos
There is a intro between cyrax and Liu kang that says this: Liu kang: "it is critical you join smoke in training young hanzo." Cyrax: "why? who is he to become?" That pretty much confirms Hanzo hasashi will be the new sub-zero.
There’s 3 things I didn’t like about this khaos reigns story mode
1: it was way to short
2: it was 60$
3: at first glance they made havik this almighty character then with the kamedogu in him gets killed by bi-han like whattt, and another thing we never found out what happened with Orin the dragon?

I suppose they can reset a little by saying Titan Havik probably has created a Chaosrealm within the Titan Lui Kang timeline via his actions, rather than needing to leave portals to the Titan Havik Chaosrealm Timeline on the table.
They could still keep Empress Tanya and kill off Mileena's Tanya to balance things out. You'd have two widowers in effect.
I really lowkey wanted at the end of the story to see a cliffhanger scene with a hidden portal cracking revealing the return of Onaga Shinnock & possibly another deadly foe to just hype things up abit. Something is definitely coming with this story
14:35 Honestly I’m on the same opinion. I’m not the biggest Cyrax and Sektor fan. I’m more of an Iron Man fan. Which is ironic that his suit is literally their colour palette’s. But they did seem threatening in Battle of the Realms tho.
I haven't been able to play due to the storm, finally able to play. Man I'm loving noob even more and more. (BTW every animality I have done was on smoke) even smoke on smoke. Who else went to practice mode before start the story?

I think the point of this expansion is to show how much Lui Kang is losing control. Havik was defeated by Noob. Noob Saibot is being primed to be stronger than Lui Kang and become the major threat. Lui has too many threats. I don’t see Lui on the winning side in the next game.
I really want Harumi to be playable ugh 😩 she is worthy she deserves a spot on the roster 😊
Make Hurumi a cryromancer and make her the new Sub Zero. You can then make Hanzo Hatachi Scorpion again.
Kuai Liang can become the new Revenant Scorpion or even Cyber Scorpion.
Hi Kenny I want to say Liu Kang could easy beat Titan havick and noob and I would love to hear you guys opinions now let's go back to mortal Kombat 11 when Liu Kang fought kronika she was empower by her daughter power and soul and her crown not to mission a empowered kung kitana and Jade he beat them all by him self 3 on one beat cetrion and kronika now you can say wait a minute everybody be kronika but here's the thing though I think everyone that beat kronika had kronikas crown and that's have them a chance to beat her and really I think kronika underestimated everybody that fought her like havick said she thought he was not a threat and underestimating him now let's go back to the scene when noob was about to hit Liu Kang that man did not even try to move black counter anything I think Liu Kang was about to kill him geras saved him just in time now just like when he was fighting Quan chi Shang tsung two titans vs one and he was whooping their ass but of course Liu Kang was about to kill Shang tsung and Quan chi snuck up behind him and immobilize they knew they could not beat him head on remember two Titans versus one come on and like I said like other people said Liu Kang I think really be holding back I mean if this man really wanted to he could have killed havick really all by himself but of course just like in the mortal Kombat animated movie where Liu Kang was supposed to beat Goro like he actually had multiple times since it was really about scorpion they had to make him the hero just downplayed Liu Kang for this moment to let noob be the hero and remember if Tanya could be noob there's no way in hell noob could beat Liu Kang and when Liu kang fought havick havick barely won that I would love to hear you guys opinions
I believe tha reason Smoke wasn't around during tha event was cause he was getting Hanzo & others to safety . Might be another side happening wit dis . Just my theory
The multiverse crap needs to end with the next story mode however it comes our way. Just off the top of my head, they could do something with Geras and the hourglass; some sort of sacrifice, and he could cut the timeline off from any interference from other timelines and titans.
I was disappointed in the length but I really did think it was cool to play as Rain. I like chapters from characters we don’t normally play in story mode.
I know it has its issues, but I think people are being way too critical. I loved playing through and seeing all this happen, despite a few… “inconsistencies” it was still fun, and I hope we get another expansion in a year 😏

Mk2 really needs to answer what it means to be a god among men(mortals) it’s odd it’s only be alluded to that he created them and they feel no way. Sub feels like a slave being in his presence and thought process. Sindel died before processing it. And kitana seems to not mind. I think theh are setting up mileena to be the one to challenge him too.

Cyrax and Sektor beating Scorpion is bulshit but Cyrax beating Sub-Zero is not since Scorpion was helping i know Sektor was helping Sub-Zero but scorpion by himself could've took Sub-Zero and Sektor down. That tanya is an empress and also with Cyrax and since it was Tanya's chapter of course Noob is gonna lose they also done this since mk9. I understand that you're saying that empress tanya could take down Havik because Noob did and tanya beat noob but that's only because it was her chapter so it matters whose chapter it is in the story so tanya got lucky because it was her chapter
So what happened with General Shao that never mentioned is situation
