  • Note: Phone must be iPhone 6 or later, iOs version 13 or later.
From iPhone "Settings", ensure Bluetooth is "ON"
Turn hearing aids off and on to initiate pairing mode, which lasts for 3 minutes.
From your iPhone, select the following (or similar): Settings - General - Accessibility - (mFI) Hearing Devices. Sometimes "Accessibility" is located in "Settings" menu rather than in "General" menu (depending on iPhone version).
If hearing aids are listed, click on the hearing aids, scroll to the bottom of the menu and "Forget" both hearing aids.
It may take up to 30 seconds for your new hearing aids to be detected.
The menu will prompt to "Pair" once for each hearing aid. Once paired, return to the home screen.
Triple click on your iPhone button to open the volume control functionality.
Verify that the volume control is working. You should hear an audible signal when changing volume. Select the "Live Listen" option from within the volume control to check the streaming functionality. Ensure to turn off "Live Listen" once tested.
Download “Signia App” from Apple Store (if applicable)
Click on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to open the Signia app menu.
Choose “Settings - App Settings - Set up the app - OK”
On the next screen that appears, select “Bluetooth”. You will need to wait up to a minute for your hearing aids to be detected.
When you see the message “Connection Successful”, click on “Let’s Go!”
Verify that the volume control is working. You should hear an audible signal.
