I did not receive proper help from my doctor very few appointments said every 3 months not necessary to make changes or replace any parts no instructions on how to use hearing aids no supplies I learned this from others that were patients and well taken care of my 3 yrs are up now on my own this program has been a great start for me thank you.
I have the newer Signia Active Pro aids and the Signia owner's manual expressly states to NOT use alcohol pads on the instruments as alcohol can damage the devices and even corrode the charging 'nodes'. The remainder of the video detailing the replacement of wax 'rings' and domes is spot on and very well done!

The video has a poor quality and has not good focus. Unfortunately the person is not explaining as a qualified one. In general the video has very low level preparation! This hearing aids is a very expensive one and you must spend more money to get a high level and suitable training video with better resolution and focus.

So what is your model number and what do you use to clean them. Can you share the video so I can read in I just got a new set
I needed this! It explained very clearly how to clean, remove, replace all parts. TY
Thanks, freeking out how to clean & service my new Signia earing aids ? Brilliant. Mike
Thank you! Nowhere in the booklet I got does it even mention wax filters! Finally, I got an answer how to remove and replace! 😀
Where can we buy the cleaning tools/spare parts?
Amazon.. That's where I got mine.
Her finger nails are so dark that its nearly impossible to see the parts. Waste of time
No kidding!!!
con las uñas negras no se ve lo que esta haciendo
Unmute does not work. No sound upon tapping. Black nail polish obscures whatever is being held. Not helpful.
Was that a hearing aid or a black Lego. You can't use alcohol on your hearing aids but alcohol wipes are okay. Not helpful.
Please remove such dark nail polish to help understand the video better.
Notizie in italiano
Working with black domes with black fingernails is utterly stupid for people to see.
Very helpful video..
