What a top notch lad Frankie is, so genuinely funny and likeable but, more importantly, has the ability to look back with mindful hindsight and laugh about it all ... great episode!
What a character he is… I could have watched another 2 hours. Good luck to the fella. The entertainment system sucked him up and then spat him out yet he’s still smiling and joking. Hopefully he’ll bounce back. Maybe he should consider his own podcast, thoroughly entertaining 👏🏽👏🏽
For some reason this was on my home page. I remember Frankie’s audition, that was back when X Factor wasn’t shite. He’s very switched on and seems like a nice bloke by all accounts
Loved this episode so much! Great work. Love Frankie. Feel genuinely sorry for him for how he was treated as a youngster on the xfactor. They shouldn’t of been able to do it to someone so young, you can see how much he’s been affected by it x
yeah the geeza in the blue is completely missing the negative effects cocaine has on people long term.. its no suprise he only started dabbling in his mid 20s as he still talks about drugs like its exciting and new to him
I agree, there is massive negative affects to substance abuse. More to frankie story than drugs….Its addictive personalitys that shouldn’t dabble with drugs…… The key is balance….. with every thing in life…. Too much of anything is not good!!! I know people that are so hooked on exercising and healthy lifestyle that have taken it to extremes and without doubt it has had a negative impact on there lives.
Just an open honest discussion boss. I could have spent an hour discussing negatives but didn’t flow in the conversation. I could have easily lied 😅🤷🏼♂️
@@JamesSmithPodcast well honestly being a 41 yr old I think James needs to be at the forefront of educating the younger generation he’s honest open and exposes a lot of the nonsense that surrounds diets and fads that are ruining the generations growing up on social media. James I think your quality 👍🏻
Not going to lie, didn’t even know who James was, I came hear from watching the podcast of James on a “diary of a ceo” wow! What an honest and straight up guy. I mirror a lot of his opinions and thoughts on the same topics. Gained a new follower of your content. This was such a great podcast with frankie, the humour, the bantz and honesty was straight up!! Natural and didn’t appear scripted! Amazing, just wish it was 4 hrs longer hahahahaha
Loved this lads! Only recently came across you on TicTok an think your content is epic! Searched for your pod to see you have the Frankie boy on, what a day to be alive 👌😄
Followed you for years on faceyb but this one made me subscribe on the tube being a Brighton kid knowing frank way back way good to see him mature into a quality’s bloke and always was good company 🍻
loved this man from day one! Grew up watching him and he was an inspiration for my nights out picking up lol Always hated how the media tried to portray him. Absolute ledge
That’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time, although I think he was remembered for a slightly different nickname. Only listened to the first 5 mins but seems like a top bloke already, I’ll definitely give it a full listen!
I’d defo try and steer my kid away from the coke but you can’t stop them doing what they wanna do. I work with a lad who’s mad for it wages gone by Saturday every week it isn’t good to see
So glad I found this! Had to pause towards the end as I didn’t want it to end :( Funny, honest chat where you wish you were in the room, hard to think someone with Frankie’s personality and humour can feel so low in real life! Just keep doing more of this and being back out there. Most entertaining podcast I’ve listened to ages, this is what people want to see! x
Just me who finds it strange that he’s still talking about Holly Hagan 13+ years later, when she’s now married & got a child, & at the time it humiliated her?

What a guy, I wish him all the best in the future. Salt of the earth this kid. Love it.
Best one yet!! 🙌
Brilliant episode. That was such a laugh! Love to see Frankie get another go at it again (maybe as a personality rather than a singer 😂) legend.
Proper genuine good guy Frankie!
loved this man from day one! Grew up watching him and he was an inspiration for my nights out picking up lol Always hated how the media tried to portray him. Absolute ledge
He seems like a real dude. He admits he couldn’t sing and everything. That’s endearing af.
Loved frankie on the x factor and just sounds like what every 18 year old lad would do, i know i would!!
Frankie should make a podcast he's made for this
That was great, cheers boys!
Great to hear Frankie having a laugh about his youthful antics but glad to see he has settled with his family and looking good. Fab podcast 👋👋👋

James, let your guests talk a bit more. You chat way too much in these.

Good guy Frankie, great episode. And James, is that a iphone without a case ? I see you like to live life on the edge.
Types in Lea shutkever…. Immediately follows. Top lad that frankie 👍🏻
Frankie’s a funny, decent bloke! Thought James was more into the drug talk than Frankie was though tbh.
Robbie Williams just volleyed the shit under the table 😂😂😂😂😂
Loved this, so funny to watch.
I met her and I spoke with her! LMOAOAOAOAOAO
Someone has a time stamp for when he says he couldn’t sing
Absolutely loved this podcast. Frankie is hilarious. Will definitely watch more than once!
He's litrally Jimmy Bullard 😅
Brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This has been perfect 😂
Frankie was a guest at a club night at my uni in 2010. Made out with my housemate and gave her the worst tonsillitis I have ever seen.
Your housemate sounds like a slag, are you just jealous she was never interested in you?😂
Are we sure Jimmy Bullard’s not Frankies dad…lol
James sounds like Chris Eubank Jr if you close your eyes and listen
Great podcast episode!
Great podcast this one 👏
Frankie’s a fucking lad. Fair play to him
Brilliant podcast
Good podcast but was slightly tainted by James Smith continually bringing up the subject of cocaine and actively encouraging it.
Frankie is married now and lives in Sydney Australia.
Great podcast always loved Frankie x
Top podcast this! Frankie is right funny geezer!
Mate, when Frankie says "victim" He is! it's not bad he's said it! Fucking see you next tuesdays! 😂

Brilliant.
Frankie, you rock! You’re so funny!
Seems like a great guy - reminds me of a young Micky Flanagan 👍
One minute in and I’m back out baby!
Micky Flanagan’s son seems like an alright geezer.
Just me who finds it strange that he’s still talking about Holly Hagan 13+ years later, when she’s now married & got a child, & at the time it humiliated her?
