    Hi Beautiful. What a timing for this message from you as last night I would say was probably my first meditation session.( like you I would be that girl at the end of yoga class who would not be getting that sensation of others almost falling asleep on a mat and I would quietly leave the class...Last night this happened.......we were out of power due to a horrific storm outside...so I was forced to just put my laptop away and get ready for bed early, took myshower , brought a small candle to my bedroom, set it up on my vanity and I sat on my yoga mat in the middle of the room listening to that rain outside...whole neighbourhood was dark and peacefull and only light around was my little candle light...I got my body in a child pose on a mat and than I sat on it and just was thinking in old days before all the technology this was life of people...and there were getting so much more sleep than us nowadays...than I got washed over the gratitude of what I have and can experience and I started to get sleepy....never before would I get sleepy at 9 pm....so it was 10 pm when I blew my candle off and dissapeared to sleep ....I said to myself in the morning ..I would try again tonight...now watching your video I can see I am on to something....thank you for sharing....hug..Jana
