Where could I get one of the magnetic dent kits? I have an old conn 20k that has a flat bottom on the body and I'm trying to fix it. It still plays great, it's just a little beat up and dented
@@wesleemusicrepair9820 you're welcome. You do excellent work on some pretty big projects! French horn player here. I appreciate what you do sir. Hats off
The magnetic dent balls always amaze me. And thank you donor horn.
Kristi Miller-lee me too!
That’s amazing seeing how you do this repair work!
The horn section needs to keep away from the piano to minimise the risk of it falling on the instruments.
Nice work.I'd like to see more trombone work.
Great, stay tuned. I have two big trombone projects coming up.

Hi Wes, Is that a custom tool you use to pull the stuck slides or something you purchased? Tool used around the 30 second mark in the video.
Awesome. How much did something like this cost? Specifically that type of dent work?
By my guesstimations, I would say the dent work might be around $500 or less and the whole instrument would be around $3-5k
You are amazing!
Hi Wes! What solder do you use?
how long did this whole job take?
Looks like hard fuggin work!!!!!
Do you ever say, "it's too far gone"? 🤫
Lost art. 👍
Where are you located?
Petal, Ms

Killer!

I assume most of your customers are schools. Right?
50/50, although most of the large brass restorations you have seen are school.
No commentary that sucks
