Knox Hill you need to react to Upchurch tore up mannn the imagery in that song is absolutely insane and I think you would absolutely love it man
Bloody Sunday freestyle by Yelawolf! He goes Insane on this one! Idk if you heard it already but it's 100% worth a listen!
You gotta check out SHADYXV - Eminem. It’s so good
Definitely need to react to Bloody Sunday, Mountain Dew Mouth, and Catfish Billy 2
YO KNOX PLZ PLZ PLZ REACT TO “HEART ATTACK” Scarlxrd
Can we acknowledge the fact that Knox hill is a legend in catching bars!!? It’s like no bar goes over his head, he’s very smart! 🔥🔥🔥
try thirdernest
@@dakshhanswal3472 nah Knox wipes thirdernest but he’s good too
It's obvious he's a rapper to
He missed 1 that I got at the start gandhi and gone the
A little slow on the fact they are both talking bout proof
Does Eminem even know how many flows Eminem has? I am going with a no.
Lol these are facts
😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
@@yk_arubanorchid297 I swear if he tried to count he would lose track after like 500 😂😂
I ll go with ALL
Eminem has infinite flows.
When he says " who do you think I'm talking about, still look to him without a doubt " . His best friend was Proof and literally the definition of proof if " without a doubt " . Em is insane .
Uhmmm that was like 7 years before this song came out. Obviously by 2015 he had another best friend
@@macysondheim Obviously you don't understand double and triple Entendres. He was definitely referring to proof. If you listen to that part , you can clearly tell he is talking about Proof especially since after the line the ad-lib is ( still got a best friend ) .
WOWOWOW I didn’t realize that
@@Bradygoat6390 🤡
@@Squeekysquid No. 🤡
The thing that makes Ems verse so legendary, is how much emotion he puts into it, you can tell everything he saying is coming from the heart, it's genuine and I love that on this verse
I mean in this song there’s definitely a lot of emotion behind it since it’s proof related, BUT the BARS these bars are insane specially the part Ali and Dalai Lama 🤯 verse starts of CRAZY and just gets crazier with the world play. By far best Eminem’s verse.
@@victorc426 true this one is definitely up there with for best Eminem verse
Disagree with that
Apsolutley! Btw,have been starting to go into Em's post 2004 material just recently & I find this verse, along with Dre's Medicine Man feature among his best 5 EVER! I was never a Stan, but I apologize to great artist for doubting his creativity just cuz lotta ppl said so.
Em is venting about losing Proof on this song. The symbolism is great and all but his pain is what makes this song great.
Agreed
It could be a double. He could be talking about Proof and God.
R.I.P Proof❤️🙏🙏
Sunkhrist it is a double. He has a higher power other than proof. He’s sober.
@@cr9477 a tripple then, because he says he blacks out, when something that uses current gets too much power (Higher power) it blacks out. xD
I just found you today but I gotta say it's that you're very intelligent and you really know music!! Which is why you are now my favorite person that reacts to songs!!
Eminem - Evil Twin, one of his songs with the most bars just stacked on top of each other.
That song is crazy🔥🔥
please you have to do evil twin
Faaaaaaaaacts
It's been a while since I gave it a Listen but it's a mad thing.
Love his different Personas facing each other
Ya he battles himself
At this point we have to admit Eminem is the Tom Brady of bars. He obviously just has something wiring in this brain that makes this stuff all come easy to him. He can write the bars, fill them with multiple meanings, rhyme in very complex ways, but also have the ability to spit those out in a way that sounds good on a track. That is a skill that is much harder than many may understand.
The Dalai Lama line is a triple. Nobody ever notices the Salvador Dali reference. Dali was a surreal abstract artist whose works are usually familiar but hauntingly twisted. Melted clocks is his most known work, but he's saying "I could've made shit get real weird and abstract with the Llama (gun)".
I thought I heard, I could turned Ali with the Llama.
@@stanhenderson9928 I suppose that's possible as well. I think it was more likely to be Dali than Ali just based on the pronunciation and delivery, as well as the fact that Ali didn't go to war/shoot people, and wasn't known for being particularly violent outside the ring, so it makes less sense why he would say he's like him with a gun than my Dali explanation. But this is Eminem we're talking about. He could've meant both.
@legendarycatalyst I took it as Ali with the llama. No one did it better than Ali. He’s considered the goat by most.
He saying he could roll up on u with the heat
Where does Eminem say that?
This song always gives me chills, a beautiful masterpiece beat.
And clint eastwoods revolver was called the "peacemaker"
1 of proofs nicknames was dirty harry also
And Clint Eastwood does try to repent to a Priest in the movie Gran Torino.
Plus Clint Eastwood = Dirty Harry, PROOF's second nickname is Dirty Harry
Technically a "peace maker" is made by Colt.
Clint Eastwoods " Dirty Harry" is a Smith and Wesson Model 29 .44 magnum. So the reference is trash
@@WHITETRASHWILL that has nothing to do with anything
Anyone that refutes Eminem is the goat…. Like show me another more complete verse than this. The scheme, the flow, flow switch, emotion, speed, wordplay, it’s catchy… like bro. He doesn’t rap like this all the time, but the fact that he has this ability, the mastery over rap like this… he’s the goat bro
Knox- Breathe, man breathe
Em- we don't do that around here, coronavirus and all that, ya know
😂😂🙌
😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
I wish i could hit the like button multiple times.....catching every rhyme, double, triple and wordplay. Knox Hill Reactions hit different people. 🏆🏆🏆
Literally quite possibly the best reaction\breakdown I've ever seen. Kudos boiiii!
One of the best verses I’ve ever seen. The better the song, the better the reaction 🙌🙏
That’s his best verse ever. The wordplay, and flow was top notch. It’s the best rap verse ever
Yep. If not the best, top 2 or 3
Disagree with that
@@macysondheim I’ve seen some of your comments! What’s your favorite verse?
Yo not gonna lie this verse is top 5, but my fav is the no love verse
Agreed!!
you need to react to The Ringer , its just the number one talking about fire spitting, you NEED TO !!!
I SECOND THIS
Your easily the best reactor on the tube, your break down of song lyrics is insane and you catch pretty much every bar, been checking out your music too and it's quality , much respect
Appreciate that man. Thanks for supporting the reactions and the music - they both help each other out in so many ways 🙌🔥🔥
You are without a doubt the most deep diving reactor I've seen, you don't miss a thing. Fair play.
I would recommend bad meets evil fast lane
Oh definitely on the list my man. Thanks for supporting 🙌
@@KnoxHill Im about to vomit and I can feel it coming... Cu-ming... It's nasty but of course that's the one I catch
@@bryanlindsey5545 why you kinda like me fr
Dude, you are talented AF at breaking down lyrics and understanding and explaining the meaning behind them. By far, the best reactor at understanding the complexity of songs and lyrics.
YES! I've been waiting on this one, Knox!
This is of my FAVORITE Em features!
I love this part:
"Who you think I'm talking 'bout?
Lifts me up when I'm down and out
Still look to him without a doubt."
Of course he's talking about Proof. When you have proof, you have no doubt.
Fire! 🔥
Same pinch!! Even I like this lines so much . This is the proof that how much he likes proof😍
I love this song and why Eminem is my #1 fav of all time
Hell of a breakdown. You deserve way more followers. No one broke this down like that. 🤘🏻
third ernest did.
stevie knight did
@@dwightschrute6464 no he didnt bro ! i heard his reaction and he didn't ! his reaction is pretty good but not this type of a breakdown !
@Loa Johannese lmao literally just watched it, watched his first time and it was good but so glad he redid it, he caught ALOT more but I wouldn’t say he caught more than this guy or even broke it down better. Both were great
Lol you should watch unabbiased Reggie. He's does proper lyrics breakdown
Honestly man I would love seeto Em react to one of your reactions. He puts this stuff in here for people like you who really understand and know about music, timings, finding pockets etc. Love your work man 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Stay Wide Awake is possibly Em’s most technical song; the flows and rhymes are just insane. You should react to it.
Faaacts
Yeesss
Soon as his flow starts, he’ll compose art like Mozart
Yes
Brainless is one of my favorite flows
Im from Philippines.
And i like the way u understand the song.. eveey point of the song.....u got new sub...
One of the top 10 verses of all time, FACTS🔥🔥 Love your breakdowns KnoxHill, top man 👌💯💯
This is crazy that you’re reacting to it right now, this is my favorite song ever and the first time I ever heard it was two days after I tried to shoot myself in the head and I was laying in my bed wanting to die hating myself, detoxing from drugs/pills, and I got an alert on my phone from RUclips saying that it just dropped so I gave it a listen and it blew me away especially when he said “Fill up a syllable clip like a refillable SCRIPT”! This song touched me in more ways than I can count and I get goosebumps still to this day every time I hear it so this was awesome watching you react to it three years later or so after I first heard it and I’m still here! Beautiful wife still by my side, three kids, and a job at Ford motor company in Michigan, I have a good life now and I really enjoy watching your react videos Knox! Real talk I appreciate you. Also Eminem‘s recovery CD hits me the most, because I had an addiction to pain medicine just like he did and I had to recover just like he did! So there’s a huge Appreciation to music That has a meaning And anybody that puts their heart and soul into it, because music really is medicine!! I have so much respect and love for those of you that use it as a positive tool to help people or just to give enjoyment, it’s greatly appreciated so thank you
Dam I want to die alot too
I love it when Em starts loosing air at the end of a long scheme and his voice starts raising to get the sound out. So unique
Jpp
Bro em don't breathe he's an alien
finally, someone that understands EMINEM like me.
I love this song and why Eminem is my #1 fav of all time. His verse always gives me chills. You have to react to Speedom (World Wide Choppers 2) by Tech Nine ft Kriz Kaliko and Eminem. Every verse is insane, however the Eminem verse will literally kill you multiple times by his schemes!!!!!
Don't forget Clint Eastwood starred in unforgiven. So that's playing into the whole theme also. Great reaction as always.
I've been waiting for this reaction for so long. One of my favorite songs with em in it. Amazing combo of soulful and hitting you with a great em verse
It’s a YelaWolf song
@@AlfredFJones1776 ik but I meant favorite song with em in it
The skill it takes to create a verse like this is incredible. Ems pen game is unmatched!
Finally some Yelawolf, I’d love to see you do more of his songs! And keep the Eminem reactions coming, of course!
Dude I’ve listened to SEVERAL reactors on this song and none of them caught that arrival (a rival) bar. You caught every bar. Great job and will continue to watch
Forgot about this song. Love the way Yelawolf carries himself in this song and then when Em comes... just BAM!
Can't believe i haven't seen your reaction ti this track!!: it is most DEF Ems best verse ever. Bars.. subject matter. Grit. It's got it ALL!!
Your skill at dissecting bars is second to none. Especially Em bars...bravo Knox. Also, well done on your own music, seriously underrated talent. Keep up the grind. 👍
You missed the craziest one! When he talks about the power outage, he cuts the sound to the next word…cause it’s a power outage….but also a blackout….making this cut *sound* a double entendre. Not done yet! The cut sound makes a *sound* between when he says, “they….powerless”….which sounds like “they sound powerless”…..
He’s making a homophone AND a double entendre out of literal *sounds*! HE’S NOT EVEN USING WORDS ANYMORE!
PLUS, the cut sound sounds like “sound”….which means he turned a random damn noise into a TRIPLE HOMOPHONE!!!! Which is impossible, but he did it!
You are the best in this job man, I love to see you breakdown psychopath I’m killer - Eminem feat slaughterhouse, I think that is the most underrated song I ever see
Knox you are the absolute KING of breaking down lyrics. I've never seen a reactor break things down the way you can. Huge props man 👊
Great reaction
Literally one of the best verses in history of hip hop
Yelawolf didn’t fully rap pretty much for the reason you said to setup the perfect song and build up to Em, plus Most rappers try to out rap Em when they are on a track with him and Yela is very original so he did his own thing, even though he is very capable of getting close to Em(obviously not tying or passing him but close)
I think you missed the line after “black sheep, worst thing they ever herd/heard” it was “ when I’m counted out”, like counting sheep to try and sleep
Everyone forgets Yela can sing with the best of them...songs like this why he is my favorite rap artist...he can make so many artistic choices and they all work...and, of course, Em is Em
em writing these lyrics is incredible.. but it's equally impressive that you can decipher almost all of it without even reading the lyrics, just listening to it is enough.. which is crazy considering the bundle of rhymes, doubles, triples, slants etc em puts in each of his songs..
Blacking out was referring to doing things wrong, losing God's grace (losing the light). The whole sheep/shepherd reference was a reference to Jesus being the shepherd and he's a sheep, but he's also a black sheep (odd one out) and embraces that.
Just another goat reactor in the making 🙌🏻🔥
Aye appreciate that 🙏🙌
The decision for yellawolf to sing instead of just rap, made the balance of this track perfect.
Not only is Knox the G.O.A.T. Of catching bars but you can see him studying Em while doing this. Knox’s music has grown so much and you can tell Em’s been a big influence. Much respect Knox.
THANK YOU! I’ve been saying this is one of Eminems best verses since it dropped
SOOO glad you finally did this reaction!!!! And Em is referring to Proof. You can see him show his Proof tat.
"Still look to him without a doubt" -- Proof
You dont have any doubts if you have proof. This shit is so Cold!
Naa it’s not “AK” flow it’s m16.
Short controlled, accurate bursts. In stead of heavy full auto. Lol
Haha well put 🙌🔥🔥
Nah man. Eminem gets dirty and doesn’t get stuck. Like an m16. You can put that motherfucking AK under the mud. And still shoot that shit without getting stuck. (Just like Eminem, been put through the ringer but doesn’t give a fuck)
Bars are like bullets when I spit them schemes
, that's why I call the motherfuckers M16s
Em-16s because Eminem spits 16 bar
Well if you ever shot AK-47 you will realize that you shoot in short bursts.. Otherwise you get to much recoil.
#Knox with another bar for bar, syllable for syllable, meaning behind meaning reaction! Thanks for all that you do! This was truly amazing to hear from all angles! #LCmusictracks
"But pronounce you dead when they sound it out"
They'll 'pronounce' you dead when they 'sound out' the letters D-O-A
I've listened to this song so many times and I'm still catching new bars
D O A means “dead on arrival”
Micah Pryor which is why the next line is “prepare for arrival/ a rival”
Every fucking line in this song has double meanings it's just insane.
I dont get it yo. Can someone explain
The way the sounds go from speaker to speaker aswell to make it sound like you're surrounded is incredible
Again KNOX! Dude I literally just watched 4 other people react to this and they just missed so fucking much that I just stopped watching. Then I thought to myself. I hope Knox reacted to this. Fuck yes my man! The Sinner/Center line! Nobody even batted an eye at that! I’m only halfway through this video and it’s already so much better then any other reactor. Please, please keep this up. Maybe if everybody watches YOUR em reacting videos then maybe people will REALLY start to see how Eminem never fell off of his GOATNESS. Everybody I talk to nowadays only talks about old em and how he isn’t good anymore. Absolutely blows my mind and immediately puts me in STAN mode lol. Keep it up my man. Seriously. For all of raps sake.
19:12 he has another double.
When he says "they tend to flock like shepherds" he makes it sound like "they *tend* the flock like *shepherds* " because shepherds literally tend flocks/herds...
Dude! I never even thought to catch that! 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ and I've literally heard this song like fifty times at least
High praise for Yelawolf's confession and Eminem's redemption on this song. Best damn song I have heard in years.
One of my all-time favourite Em verse 😍! Amazing breakdown, as usual!
Thank you as always 🙏
Is there a way we can help you financially, on like one-time-only basis? Asking for a poor masters student, who still wants to support you!
Crazy respect Knox, the manner in which you digest songs and lyrics is amazing. What stands out the most though is your ability to put everything in laymans terms so the masses understand. Legit talent my man, your bars and rapping is on point and your breakdowns are on the same level talent wise. Much respect
Knox among the very few reactors who actually caught that Em was talking about Proof. 🙌🏻🔥
Great break down...love your attention to lyrical detail and depth....
So glad you did this. I have always thought this was one of Eminem‘s best and most meaningful verses of all time. Great job with the breakdown and for taking the time to analyze all of the unique parts in this verse.
I have never seen ANYONE break down songs like you Knox - you catch all of the nuances that fly by other reactors.
The Dhali llama bar is a triple... the third is reference to Salvador Dali the artist... so he could paint a masterpiece you with the llama, with the blood he spills.
How how crazy Em goes on basically every song, I wonder how much of this is a natural way his brain works in building these flows, word plays and rhyme schemes, and how much is just work he’s put into his craft over decades of practice.
Thanks for the regular content ! Check out Legacy - Eminem is a very underrated song
I saw you pfp before.. somewhere on "cool wallpaper for mobiles" I'm not hating but coincidence
@@_SkyZ no problem i didnt know that 😅 I found this pic randomly .
Hey brother, I know this is an old video and you probably won’t see this message but you’re the first person I’ve seen who really gets the message of this song. All of your videos are amazing but this one stands out. Keep grinding brother you and your family deserve what god has in store for you.
KNOX HILL. Well done with this. Fucking outstanding work mate. To break this down, and the insight you give, and the thought that goes into it with the schemes and doubles and triples...
WOW. Just take a bow mate. And you as well Eminem WOW
I feel eminem verses needs to be studied in colleges by studying its 50 damn layers that he usually can write... there's truly no one like him!
Also you're the best in breaking down rap lyrics! I've seen many reactors but none can explain with such detail!
19:12
"They tend to flock like shepherds, the black sheep but I'll be the worst thing these mofos ever heard, when I'm counted out"
- can't forget the relationship to the phrase "counting sheep", another subtle connection to the shepherd/sheep/herd scheme!
Damn I never caught that! This verse is the gift that just keeps on giving 🔥🙌
Also referencing the scriptures, " My sheep hears/heard me or my voice and they follow, but then pointed out the black sheep aka the wolf in sheeps clothing or as the bible refers to those that gets counted out or cast out, uninvite from the herd
He is a black sheep in rap game and also you can´t herd black sheep cause they aren´t so common.
Best reaction in my opinion!! You dig into those lyrics like I wish everyone did! There is so much depth that most people don’t even notice!
This is a really great reaction & breakdown, this song gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to it. 👌🔥
Damn, bro. I'm officially a fan. It seems like you're the only reactor who was able to catch Em's bars. The other reactors were just vibin and shit. They didn't really break things down the same way you did. Now, that's what's up. 💯🔥
Eminem and his features never disappoints.
Great video brother! Love your take on the music!
Outstanding reaction, as usual, bro
He was talking about Proof. You didn't notice when he was showing Proof's name tattooed on his hand.
I absolutely love watching someone listen to this song for the first time. ♥
My favorite Em verse!
I'm on a roll of reactions, because i found this song today and I must say you're the best one in terms of all of it. Analytics, Intro and appreciation of poetry.
At 11:40:
"So, Em is saying like he's always armed. How can he find peace when he's always ready for war?"
"Si vis pacem, para bellum" - "If you want peace, prepare for war"
By the way, great videos! I love how you break things down so well on the first listen. Caught a couple I missed too!
He relies on his higher power always; his armor, his values.
...man u very thorough with your reactions. Love it! How do u not have more subs
You know what’s crazy bro ?? I was listening to it when you uploaded this video 😂
20:45 ALSO prepare for REVIVAL. as in his next album
React to The Ringer & Fall
my lord you are a genius Knox, i would never have understood half of hip hip lyrics if it wasnt for you. Thanks bro.
This to date is still eminems best work! He always writes his best stuff when it's coming from the heart and personal, the flow, the words, the double/triple meaning to everything he's saying and the aggressive voice because he's still angry his boy is dead! It's incredible 🔥🔥
This has to be one of my favorite breakdowns of yours. Your so insightful dude! I've listened to this song so many times but never caught the hidden messages and the flow changes. Dude your changing the meaning of these songs for all of us! Idk how you do it but I love it.
The first video of yours I've ever seen. The breakdown was the best I've heard on this song, or really, period. Well done. I'll be checking out more of your stuff
I will say this one more time, you break down the bars better than anyone. SK, NLS, LDBK, AND SCPTWK ARE ALL GREAT GUYS TOO. It just seems like you get all the bars, triples , doubles, and your insight is second to none...
Keep up the great work.
GOD BLESS
You should listen to the freestyle of yelawolf, slaughterhouse and EMINEM at tim Westwood that shit is fire 🔥🔥
Don’t believe that they are not friends, I remember watching a yela interview and he asked em to get on the track he made with MGK then em come out with kamikaze and dissed MGK. But has nothing to do with yela
@NoNoNoNii maybe it has smth to do with Yela saying the N word?just assuming
I also want him to react to Em's BET Cypher, 'The Storm.' I loved it.
Probably the best comprehensive lyrical breakdowns I've seen, and my favorite song! Good job, this right here made me subscribe!
One of the best and most intricate breakdowns of a verse i have seen to date
Keep doin what you do!
Really appreciate that! Thanks for supporting 🙏
I also took the Clint Eastwood line as a reference to being unforgiven.
One of the dopest songs relating to their bestfriends who are God now🔥🔥🔥🔥.. As always dope breakdown...
@Cognitive Chaos you believe you fam 😂 1 not everyone is gonna agree with you lmao and not everybody believes in god or any of that 😂 font comment on shit you dont know what hes talking about
Lol wrong Eminem was talking about proof
Yelawolf is talking about his pistol. And Eminem is talking about proof. It’s a double.
This is definitely one of my favorite Em verses ever. He shows so much versatility, creativity and contrast here. I think he shines the most as an artist when he has a strong theme to rally behind and help direct his pen. Great breakdown!
"Appreciate the skill it takes to just stay in that pocket" continuing that Quarterback scheme I see. 😂👍🏽
Yelawolf is so versatile. His albums are all quality too, definitely one of my favorite artists
I personally think this is Em's best verse. The structure alone is amazing. But it also obviously means a lot to him. Some of the craziest flows, the multi-syllable rhymes, the schemes, AND he still gave us doubles. This is my personal favorite from Em. I also agree with you how great the contrast from Yela just tied it all together nicely. One of your better reactions, btw!
