In this video, I explain in detail the complete history of Israel - Palestine conflict which dates back to before the Ottoman empire. In 1917, the British promised Jews a separate country in the Balfour declaration. In 1947, the United Nations released a partition plan after which Israel first came into existence and immediately went to war in 1948 with the neighbouring Arab countries. This is tragic...notice how in the beginning when he talks about Jesus, he doesn't tell where the Jews persecuted him...and notice how he only starts from 1000 years ago...the reality is that Israel was existent in around 1500BCE, and this is a fact which is undeniable. You can look it up on Wikipedia. The real incident that took place was that the Romans basically pushed the Jews away under the rule of Herod somewhere around 1AD, and named that territory 'Palestine' just to offend the Jews. Later in around 70AD, the Temple was also destroyed by the Babylonians therefore completely colonizing Israel.
Dhruv Rathee is amazing don't get me wrong, but him starting only at around 1000AD and assuming that the Palestinians are 'indigenous' people of their land really was wrong.
Again, if you don't agree with me, that's fine, at least agree with Wikipedia. It will tell you that the Israelites came to the promised land in around 1200BCE, while the word 'Palestine' came into existence only in around 500BCE.
