I made my first trip this year to Herkimer diamond mine. I was so excited to find my very own crystals to call my own. Thank you for your videos and getting me out of my comfort zone. I enjoyed everyone I have found and still amazes me everytime. Your video was amazing and the sizes are wild.
That’s so cool you took a trip! Mining is kind of funny, some days are good Some are bad some just average. I always suggest going back to the same location or try a different location because you never know what kind of day the mines would have ✨💎⚒💎 Sounds like you had a fun time though, that’s awesome! Ace of diamonds has been sort of shut down this year mostly so they don’t have a lot of stuff but next year they should be up and running again. We will be doing a special event there next year hopefully, Stay turned

I love watching the rainbows in the crystals, they add something to the crystals in my opinion. I laughed when Matrix not only "talked" but kept lying down covering the pocket, he was getting comfortable thinking you made it for him lol. They are the biggest herkimers I have seen but you are the only crystal collecting channel I watch, who knows what can be found elsewhere in the world. It was wonderful of the lady and gentleman to arrange this for you Bryan and many thanks to them. Hey bro one of my favorite tools is chopsticks. They're a lot stronger than those little skewers and tend to last quite a while. I've also seen people use a piece of an antler and that seems to work really well too. Happy digging!
I am hooked on these crystals. In a SD rock shop I found small bags of dirt with herkimer crystals in them. Out of 2 small bags I have several up to 2 inches and a lot of small ones. Some of the small ones are crystal clear and other have carbon or smokey. I really want to go dig my own now. I am so hook.
This is my favorite video...it gives me the ambition to go mining when its 28 degrees outside...every time watch this video I get that exciting feeling like I'm actually there and it drives me to to go out and find some....rain, hail, sleet and snow no matter what I always go...thanks
You ned to come to Diamond Point Arizona. They have Payson Diamonds that are exactly like Herkimers and you can dig for them only during certain times of the year. I take my kids out there and they are just sitting on top of the ground every where out there.
I was hoping to get there last year but it got really hot fast, so next year going to get there a little bit sooner! Thanks for the heads up, been looking forward to those locations for a long time!
im taking a geology course this semester and your channel is really helping engage in class. I am even considering changing my major. One thing that really draws my attention is rare earth metals because the US contributes so little to the global mining of rare earth metals.
