CT License BJ-93105 Near hit and run and reckless driving Route 8

I've had to make numerous errands July 18 thru the end of this week. So I have many more videos to post. But, I wanted to make sure this one got out there while I had free time.
Details in video. Sorry for long length, but wanted to document I was not "lane hogging" and would have had to significantly slow down to make room for this A-Hole wanting to do 90 through a heavy interchange area on Route 8 - which should be renamed Criminal Highway because this happens all the time now. I pulled off the next exit to confirm that contact didn't happen.
Well, since the police don't want to patrol this part of Route 8, I guess it is up to us to enforce the law. I have the plate, model, color, and features (notice the damaged passenger door from another crash they probably fled) if those are stolen plates (wouldn't be surprised at all). I hope to see them on this stretch again...
