My new hardest extreme demon will be ARTIFICIAL ASCENT. This is a big jump from Phobos, so please be patient while I spend many hours practicing this beast. This will be one of the largest jumps I've ever done in Geometry Dash, so I'm gonna be struggling a lot. Streams on YT to start this week sometime.

Just so you know how insane this jump is: Phobos recently got kicked out of the Top 150 Demon List and AA is #79 right now. That's absolutely insane!

The difficulty in this game is so intense.
The original "demon" difficulty needed to be split into five different difficulties cuz it was too broad of a difficulty.
Now "Extreme Demon" is too broad and we need to divide it into it's own difficulty ladder now.

@Boussad Mezine nah. It should be different catagories depending on difficulty. There’s still a huge difference between Phobos and icdx. Both of which are legacy.
@Boussad Mezine here's what i think: extreme demon(#336-201) , acute demon (#151-200), grueling demon(#51-#150), harrowing demon(#11-#50), deadly demon(#2-#10), and finally, supreme demon (#1)
The difficulty difference between cataclysm and swi is larger than the difference between stereo madness and cataclysm
Skip the third orb and click all the other others. That’s what I’m doing and it’s working way better than the other stuff

I did it by vibing w/ the music
the bounciness of the blue orbs and the quick succession of the yellow
I misread the title as “altered ascent” and I was like “WAIT WHAT-“ but then I look at it again then it says artificial ascent

There is an insane demon called "Arcane Ascent", which is a nerfed version of AA gameplay-wise but with updated deco. Could be fun to try
It is not that hard though. That wouldn't help eric at all...

@@poggersman5249 Nah I beat it within 3000 attempts and I can't even dream of practicing artificial ascent. After I beat it I even tried playing artificial ascent and really saw the HUGE difficulty gap between them...

Hey Eric wanna give you a tip at Galvatrons Part, You need to hold the button slightly when you enter the blue orb corridors 2 times one at the end and one at the beginning to have higher ground. Hope You See This :) GL

This is one of my favourite extreme demons and it is nice seeing you go for it. I beat this a year ago so I'll give you some tips and things that you should look out for:

- At 12% with the 3 blue orbs before the ship, skip the first one by holding and hit the next 2 by jumping afterwards (This may sound confusing, I tried wording it as best I can so you can look at my video to see what I did). Using this method makes the transition into the ship much easier and less awkward. You can also correct yourself a lot faster.
- At 15% with the ship and cube dual, I look at the ship and only click twice
- At the beginning of Zobros, you click twice. The first click is hitting the yellow orb late and holding. The second is making sure the other ship goes through the gap. These clicks should be fast btw (look at my video for reference).
- With Michigun, the only tip I gave give is with the 4 blue orbs. It's best if you hit the first orb late. As well, something that I did was place a start pos at the Michigun and play his part for 30-45 minutes. This may seem unnecessary however it helps in the long run. I did this and it made Michigun's part very consistent for me.
- At 34%, it's better if you don't hit the slope. This makes it a lot smoother IMO.
- At the end of Viprin's part, as soon as I hit the blue portal I fall down. The beginning of Loogiah's part will correct your ship. Additionally, I only do 2 clicks at the start of Loogiah. The first click is in the straight fly and the second when I hit the yellow portal.
- At the end of Nasgubb, I clicked an extra time before entering the cube portal (This isn't really necessary, I just did this to be safe).
- The beginning of AbstractDark's part gets consistent, however, it's the second half of his part that can be tricky. Specifically the transition from the UFO into the ship (watch my video to see my click pattern to make that transition easier)
- At Speed's part, when you enter the straight fly click once and then click twice when you enter the blue portal. There aren't many tips I can give, instead, practice that part a lot until you feel comfortable.
- Practice Terron's part and make sure you get a consistent click pattern down ESPECIALLY for the second half of his part. I died at 96% twice btw.
Hopefully this helps, I wrote all of this at 4AM so hopefully my explaining wasn't too bad. Good luck!
good luck man, i was the unluckiest victor of this and i'll just warn you that your experience shapes your outlook of the level, i hate this level so much but thats because i was so unlucky, but if you're at least slightly lucky it should be enjoyable!

Hey EVW, so hyped that your going for AA, this'll be great! Since I've beaten this level, I think I can provide some pretty helpful tips that might help you out.

So for this part, I did the same skip where you jump over the first blue orb as well as doing that second jump on the corner right before the spike. However, instead of waiting to hit the last blue orb, I instead did this a bit differently. What I'd recommend is to right after hitting the second jump off the corner, click and hold a lil late with the blue orb up top which will take you into the last blue orb, where you also click and hold a lil late. This will take you right into the ship portal and since you will be regular gravity you can just rest on the platform right after, without having to worry about the normal gravity portal placed there. This method of switching up the gravity here was the best strategy I found and it helped make this transition much easier for me.

Now Anthrax... probably the second most annoying part for me aside from Michi. So with these portals here, I decided the best way is to tap the first pink orb which takes you into the normal gravity portal with the yellow orb. After this, click and hold briefly somewhat late after going into this portal, this will hopefully take you up into the reverse gravity portal where you will start holding briefly afterwards. Hopefully your ship won't hit the ramp and you instead should be able to hold and rest against the top of the pillar which was why this part was so annoying. Some attempts you may completely miss the pillar all together and it will be a matter of controlling your ship to save yourself in the event this happens. Most importantly though, this part just takes some good ol' practice to get the feel for it.
Anyways, hopefully these tips might help out and most importantly, good luck!

Fun fact: Zobros stopped making his part halfway through forcing Anubis, the host, to finish it. Zobros’s part is the only section of gameplay Anubis made.
I believe he stopped cause he lost motivation to the game, and it was time consuming. I think he quit after AA started to get verified.

Hey Eric since you say tjat you suck at light inputs i'd say use tge jump orbs because some demons don't have a way of skipping them and then you'll die there a lot so train on them here this is just my opinion i'm not forcing you to do the part with using the orbs but it's just my opinion it might be annoying how you can skip the part that you die to quite a few times but it's better to get that feeling than having a huge choke point in a level in the future that has these places where you have to click really light so i'd say use the jump orbs in that part in 10% almost oh and btw i thought juniper was way ahead of you in the game until i realized Artificial Ascent was your next demon holy that's a huge jump

4:50 do it the way you do, but hit the top orb and bottom orb so youre normal gravity, makes the ship easier
6:15 zobros is really easy, just try to find consistent click pattern, i can pass it almost every time
7:40 to michi, there is no help, just practice practice practice, it gets semi consistent
8:45 anthrax is same as michi, but gets really consistent, just play it for a little bit and you can pass it every time

4:42 do it like in your 1st try here but if you only hit the last 2 blue orbs you come out in normal gravity. for me that was consistent.
10:52 click once at the first of those 3 spikes and then again inside the yellow portal to fly down
