I just made this recipe, and it was DELICIOUS! I put them in a cupcake pan to make mini cheesecakes, and I’m literally so impressed by how delicious they are. Took less than an hour overall to make! Will definitely make again :) Thanks for sharing this recipe! ❤️

Hello, I made this today with allulose instead of ethereum or whatever and both vanilla and almond extract. I managed to wait three hours before trying it and it was delicious, though a bit wet underneath. I went back two hours later and it wasn't as wet. I'm looking forward to "testing" it again in an hour. Thank you! This cake is delicious and I literally licked both the mixing bowl and my utensils.

I am making this as I type. Followed everything to a tee . Baked at 220 C (which should be the equivalent) but after I checked at the 35 minute mark it was NOT burnt at all (not even brown) so I broiled it at level 3 until top is slightly brown (took about 10 mins) I’ll know after 6 hours how it turns out. I guess I could’ve broiled it longer until I get that burnt top but I was afraid it would be overcooked and not as creamy after it is chilled 😢 Any thoughts?

Hello. I tried this and love it, except that after eating, I get this tingling sensation on my throat. I read that erythritol has that effect. More similar to a sore throat sensation. Is that right? Or I did I done something wrong?
Hello Kathleen, it’s the erythritol. Some people are sensitive to the cooling effect of the erythritol. But I don’t have any problems with it. Feel free to use any sweetener you prefer in any of my cheesecake recipe like stevia, allulose, monk fuit etc and just adjust it acdg to your taste.❤️😊

(smile) BTW, I use TRUVIA because I like the caramel/brown-sugar/vanilla aspects of its flavor profile compared to the more neutral sugarfree sweeteners and find it makes this utterly without any need for vanilla or other enhancements.

Coco's Land yes, you can use you’re airfyer. Depending on the brand just bake it at a high temperature for about 20mins and just check it once in awhile.

I made it in an 8 inch the first time and it was fine, but the 6 inch I got to do it with because I couldn't find my old one (too many cooking toys, too many moving boxes! smile) is MUCH better because a taller slice is much nicer to serve.
