Department 56 City Trolley Teardown

Fixing a stuck Department 56 Trolley. Turns out it was a stuck motor from oxidization and nothing more. the board was slightly oxidized causing improper readings on the multimeter. Once the board was cleaned, the reading where correct.

I have been working on a bunch of stuff and repaired quite a few. I am have a tough time with Grim hotel. I can’t get the sound or lights to work. The motor seems to run to a 5v coil and tests 5v at the motor but doesn’t spin. If I hook the motor to the 9v on the board the motor spins. I have no problem bypassing it to this but have no idea where to look to get the lights/sound back on.
