I watched this video an hour before my tournament your tips helped me win! Thank you soo much!! I would have definitely made a few fatal mistakes if it wasn't for you.
Loved this video, especially applying pressure on the raiser. A lot of people don’t do this in fear of losing money but (at the right times) it actually generates a lot of chips without showdown 🙏
Excellent video and just what I was looking for. Still lots of weak / inexperienced players in the low mid stakes imo. I quit playing in 2011 and recently returned. I am certain that the field as a whole is weaker then it ever was. Being patient now pays off more then ever with lots of people bluff jamming opening too often wide ect. I remember the tables being full of nits and I was one of them. All of us waiting for a hand playing tight. You still have to loosen up as the blinds increase but the difference now is that you can easily tell when you have the likely range advantage. Would always run into a premium back then. Just my 2€.
Granted 66 isn't great for this as the probability of hitting a set is terrible and its on the cusp of being a weak-mid pair, but why is this a shove or fold scenario? His 3bet is only 2.5x roughly, why can't you flat here?
Because of your first sentence. Villain doesn't have AK or AQ here, he shoves 20BB. You can't flat a small pocket pair OOP being 20BB deep. He either has a monster(AA, KK), or he is bluffing. And good players 3bet bluff often in these spots, since they know most players don't want to bust at the bubble. So if you flat, and he has a hand like 10 7s, you are OOP with your sixes and if he hits a pair, he just takes it to showdown and wins or value bets you on the river.
because 25% of his stack would be in the pot, and on the flop he would have to make a decision to go all in or fold anyway. so he made the decisoon to go all in preflop which makes it eaiser for him most likely the guy was opening with a wife range just to steal
I have one question . If poker content creators are so good at the game , why do you need to monetise on RUclips ? No offence, I love the tips and it has helped my game , but overall poker has too much luck associated with it to be long term sustainable. Would love your thoughts
Why would you not monetise your RUclips channel? RUclips is full of music videos by artists that make millions of $$$$$ yet these same videos are monetised. The same applies here. He would be an idiot not to monetise.
