For me Lethal Tempo on Sett is way better than Conq. Conq are for toplaner bruisers who are more about spell casting rather than AA'ing. Think Morde, Aatrox, Darius, Garen, Camille, Illaoi, Riven etc... Sett as a bruiser though works in a way that he is actually a very heavy AA bruiser. Once he blows his Ult, E and W and everything, he will auto you to death with his regular AA passive and Q's and wait for his ability cd's to come back up again. The Conq is better late game for more W true dmg is cap. I've tested it and it only amplifies his W true dmg by about 100-150 extra true dmg. Whereas Lethal Tempo giving Sett more attk speed more than 50% of his own attk speed, couple that with items that has additional on-hit effects on his AA's like BOTRK and Titanic, he becomes more of a menace than Conq.
@@sramvokermvp278 Sett's lost a lot on AA's recently as the new season hasn't really brought a stable way for set to reach enemies without ult - e, so your main role still remains as a tank/bruiser whose aa's only purpose is to try and approach and kill the enemy adc, you're a damage soaker, trying to build a hybrid with actual use outside of w ends quite sadly as the meta rn has provided way for the antitanks to step up with several buffs on lethality, nerfs on ability haste and overall on hit scaling

I've used Conq runes since the season started been running the reworked Bork with Stridebreaker and Sundered Sky it works well

Is conq sett overall just better than lethal tempo? I’ve been running lethal tempo and it works well but I haven’t tried conq in a while
They prob are both fine, Conq wil lgive the true dmg and late game scale where ass Lethal helps early trading prob
