While i haven’t probably beaten Mario bros 2 (I forgot) I did enjoy it quite a bit, this is really well made and deserves more attention and if people try to recreate other Mario games or OTHER GAMES in general I would love to see that, I hope that will make Mario maker more alive then ever!

Impressive. I've noticed in all of the Mario games how the sound effects differ. For example, in SMB 2, the jumping sound effect and the 1-up is somewhat different than in SMB1 and SMB3. Also, in Super Mario World, the sound effects in that game are totally different than its predecessors.
I really wish that Nintendo could have given SMB2 (US) much more love in SMM2 for Switch. So I hope they can bring us a free or paid update for that in some way: either an update for SMM2 or an even better SMM3 in a few years. If they ever release a SMM3. We have no idea what Nintendo got in the pipeline/roadmap... Just look at Mario Kart 8 came out in late May 2014 and that game is almost 8 years old now in april 2022 thanks to the port to Switch. Super Mario Maker 2 came out in late june 2019 so it's not even 3 years old. It's 5 years younger than Mario Kart 8. And we all can agree on that the home console sequel to MK8 is at least around 2 years away because of the new "courses DLC" with many releases over a long time. So maybe the next MK for a home console will come in 2024 or later and that's 10 years or more after MK8. So it might take so many years before we will see a new Super Mario Maker. I don't expect a major sequel in the near future. Speaking of sequels: Metroid 2D for SNES - 1994 Metroid 2D for Switch - 2021 (27 years!) This example is for home consoles. BotW 1 - march 2017 BotW 2 - spring 2023 (6 years) At least we have Super Mario Bros 2 US on NSO and NES Mini! But I love these recreations in SMM2!

TL;DR ⚠️‼️ My Mario Maker 2 addiction is so bad lmao. At first I just beat story mode and was like "let me try online" after playing a few levels I was like "meh, bored" as soon as I found out about the Super Worlds I've been hooked and completely ignoring all my other switch games and my PS5. Especially when I found all these fan made remakes and interpretations of things like Mario 64 and Zelda and Metroid. Then I found worlds like Super Mario 3 Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros. 5, Super Mario World Redux. Literally not only do I never get bored finding amazing courses I can't bring myself to put this game down. If I was only able to play this game for the rest of my life I wouldn't be sad at all, the possibilities are really endless and I have a problem lol, so many talented creators, I've played so much I've gotten OD good at Mario, to the point I've been breaking WR, and speedrunning the original games. I've gotten so good purely off the skill it takes to beat alot of these worlds. Currently on a Expert Level Endless Run. The only thing I wish I could do now it make my own levels and worlds, it's too bad I wouldn't even know where to start let alone make cohesive levels for others to enjoy I've always been so shit at level design, wether it was Little Big Planet, Minecraft, etc but I would really love to make my own levels I know they're gonna be so bad though. One of my top 10 favorite games/series/spin-offs of all time. Also this is such a beautifully done remake of 2, definitely gonna play this one after I finish Super Mario 2D World H1D-QN2-K1G Probably one of, if not the best 3DW style worlds on the game. Highly recommend. I also really wanna try the Mario Galaxy super world. Mario Galaxy (1 and 2, but the original especially) was probably my all time favorite game(s) of the series. Sorry I wrote so much guys but I cannot get enough of this game. If you have any world (or level) recommendations please comment them, would love to hear some of your favorite worlds to try myself and I'll also comment some of my all time favorites.

SMB 2 lets you pick up enemies, pull turnips out of the ground, ride on their throwing eggs, then toss them back at them. SMB 2 lets you interact with the enemies and world in fun and interesting ways, lol.

How do you do it so that when you put a door it moves to another side like with the tubes? When I put a door, they put them both in the same place
for ending you can put two springs on a track and the giant Ludwig between them and just like Mario Bros 2 ending you kill the giant Ludwig off screen
