- Where it all begun; my first experience with simracing started in this game, specifically in this track, way back in 2005, playing with the keyboard or with a joystick. It's nice to be able to play this game to this day, now with a proper steering wheel.

On of the most realistic Indycar game at its time, heck still looks ands sounds great in 2024!
This game was a blast. I remember playing the demo. It came with Monster Truck Madness 2
God knows how many hours I passed playing that demo XD
I remember playing this gem with the demos from W98. its as good as i remember. this is the kind of game that got me interested in motorsport. that together with early 2000 broadcast of F1, i got facinated by the sport.
In the past, I played this game on my Pentium III processor and Windows 98 operating system PC with a steering wheel called Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback Wheel. This game came in the package with the Monster Truck Madness 2 game CD. It was 1999.
I always wanted to play with the Sidewinder. Was it good?
@@danilosupertramp Yes, it was very enjoyable. It was even more realistic when he pressed the Force button.
I loved this game, it was very underrated, it had great physics, sound, and graphics.
Yes! The setup options level you had for your car in garage was really detailed. It's a shame that it was a franchise that Microsoft never wanted to carry on.
Finally some good footage of this game, most reviewer videos seem to be running on software graphics, but this is exactly how I remember this gem of a simulator… impressive driving btw
Thanks for the compliment mate!
Software graphics? That's something I don't have very fond memories XD Maybe they don't know they can run this game in 3D accelerated mode and high-res on modern hardware using nglide.
shit... Have pass 23 years last time i have run it... 😢😢😢
I learnt how to drive with this game in 2002 😍
The bad in this game was the fixed grid start position.
That I must agree :/ Also the lack of yellow flags that creates sometimes some massive crashes is disappointing as well
@@danilosupertramp But multiplayer was cool enough for those ancient times. There were even online tournaments.
@@nintendoever I can only imagine :)
