- CYCLOPS WITH DEFAULT WIZARD GEAR (NEW BOSS) - Dark and Darker
Patch 2 has been a blast for Dark and Darker! Really loving all the content changes included quests, the new boss, new wizard spell explosion and more! The game feels great right now. Here is a quick game of me soloing the new Cyclops boss in the goblin caves in the Normal dungeon. This is a great way to get rich on a Wizard or level early. Hope you guys enjoy!

A patch was released right after this video which may have bugged the boulder drop phase, or intended it to start hitting you in meditate...

idk if it's more or less worth to do this with gear seems pretty easy to have people get you during/after fight when you're out of spells

Apparently you can dodge the blinding attack by moving to the right during the attack, rather than going left or just running away

I heard that Hotfix 21 made it impossible to survive the Rockfall phase
i think if you kite him counter clockwise around the room you should be able to dodge his blind attack by moving right
The way you are doing it currently doesnt give you the option to dodge right, because there is a wall always to your right. But maybe its too wide and might hit you anyways idk.
In theory, that makes sense! I wonder if that actually works with the jank ass hit boxes in this game tho lol

Was this pre hotfix 21? The slam/boulder attack seems to be impossible without dying now

Completely unrelated to the video or content creator: I absolutely despise the player base of this game. for every meta switch, maybe half of the player base changes their main class or abilities straight to what is most broken at the time. I mean just looking at the time line of this game it is incredibly apparent how many meta goblins there are. You go from play test Barbarian supremacy, to early access rogue meta, to Ranger meta, to warlock meta, to PDR meta, to whatever tf else I can’t list. The player base are literally all meta goblins, it’s atrocious.
Thats all of humanity all of time. Don't hate the players hate the game ect. It's always up the devs/govt/company to change the meta so it doesn't get stale but there will always be a 'best'

This is why I can't play DaD the fact there's people running on day one at level 20 and full stash of gear is just crazy, the only casual player lobbies are with white gear but that's just boring, I hate this new system.
There will always be people that are better than you, get over it. This new system is actually better for casual players cuz ur separated from those players until u hit a higher mmr, plus high roller is literally free
it literally sucks queueing a game, finding cool green gear just to want to requeue and you can't use it, how is that fun? LOL@@JJ-qg6ls
i queue high roller and run into full purples and level 20 by day one as stated in my previous comment, the game is just really unfun and unballanced :p @@JJ-qg6ls
it takes like 3 hours to get level 15 its really not that surprising that people are max level, and high roller feels a lot more casual now, it's difficult not to get at least a few good purples per game
its incredibly easy to level up lol high roller is free
