I want to encourage folks who play in tourneys to throw two or three shots off the tee and play a worst shot round leading up to your tournament. You probably wont play worse in the actual tourney and you will know where you dont want to be off the tee. It really helps ease tourney pressure if you're having an off round
Basket a mile below your feet, sloping hard away from you, long grass might stop it if you throw to low…. Sounds perfect for a little lob shot berg robbie. You should bag one😂
I don’t like the rule. I would like to see experimental evidence showing two discs from same batch in same color with one hot stamped and one not fly differently if the rule is to stand. I would also like the paint option thrown into the study as well. While we are at it, I would like to see the results for glow tape application. We could even have a reversal design where disc is tested, disc has something applied (paint, stamp, tape), disc is tested, disc is wiped, and test the disc again. My guess is that there would be no detectable difference and any difference that could appear would likely not produce any distinct advantage to the flight of the disc.
