I don't know how it works in Arkansas, so I can't say for certain, but often if property is damaged during the course of an investigation or law enforcement action the state/county/city/town would compensate an innocent party for damages incurred. Not always, but a lot of the time.
You weren't in the right part of town then. My son was killed in one of these chases on Skunk hollow Rd. Noone understands there is no help out there. The closes drug treatment is Little Rock. When my son died it was cash only. They have Drug Courts but no drug treatment. Only support for addicts is NA. Most towns have no public transportation and finding jobs isn't easy. If someone goes to prison in one county and they have warrants another county they serve their prison time then get transfered to the next county to go back. The minimum payment in fines is 15.00 all fine payments have a 10.00 fee. Prisoners serve on a chain gang and don't get payment for work. Parole officers are also probation officers. Drug informants are not excluded if they continually get charges. Task will hold drug evidence for months before checking it into a locker. There is no lab testing done. Mental health treatment falls under skin to none. He could have begged till he died. His pleas would fall in def ears. Criminals should be rehabilitated before they leave or while in Parole. This is a cry for help that will fall in def ears. The disgusting conditions in Ark. Jails. People would rather commit suicide by cops than be out in sub human conditions. People change when access to change is given. Don't get me started on the number of school busses passed. The high speeds through traffic and towns. plenty of unoccupied area to pit in. The keeping the prisoner behind the truck to physically abuse him. Plus the cutting off of the sound. His next high speed. Our recidivism rates will drop when our quality and quest for positive change goes up. My son gave up. He put the gas to the floor and finally stopped his nightmare. He told me it would be the only way to stop it. As his mom, I knew and I had to understand when he told me and accept it once he decided to end it. The corner said she had never seen a more peaceful smile on a body. I live every day knowing why.
God bless our troopers. They try so hard to protect and serve our state. Videos like this show us how risky and hard their jobs are. Thank goodness people are finally getting the message to pull over and get out of the law of law enforcement asap. I hope they throw the book at that man and he appears before the strictest judge in the state.

I don't know how it works in Arkansas, so I can't say for certain, but often if property is damaged during the course of an investigation or law enforcement action the state/county/city/town would compensate an innocent party for damages incurred. Not always, but a lot of the time.

You weren't in the right part of town then. My son was killed in one of these chases on Skunk hollow Rd. Noone understands there is no help out there. The closes drug treatment is Little Rock. When my son died it was cash only. They have Drug Courts but no drug treatment. Only support for addicts is NA. Most towns have no public transportation and finding jobs isn't easy. If someone goes to prison in one county and they have warrants another county they serve their prison time then get transfered to the next county to go back. The minimum payment in fines is 15.00 all fine payments have a 10.00 fee. Prisoners serve on a chain gang and don't get payment for work. Parole officers are also probation officers. Drug informants are not excluded if they continually get charges. Task will hold drug evidence for months before checking it into a locker. There is no lab testing done. Mental health treatment falls under skin to none. He could have begged till he died. His pleas would fall in def ears. Criminals should be rehabilitated before they leave or while in Parole. This is a cry for help that will fall in def ears. The disgusting conditions in Ark. Jails. People would rather commit suicide by cops than be out in sub human conditions. People change when access to change is given. Don't get me started on the number of school busses passed. The high speeds through traffic and towns. plenty of unoccupied area to pit in. The keeping the prisoner behind the truck to physically abuse him. Plus the cutting off of the sound. His next high speed. Our recidivism rates will drop when our quality and quest for positive change goes up. My son gave up. He put the gas to the floor and finally stopped his nightmare. He told me it would be the only way to stop it. As his mom, I knew and I had to understand when he told me and accept it once he decided to end it. The corner said she had never seen a more peaceful smile on a body. I live every day knowing why.
