I wish I was high maintenance & would treat myself with more care. Literally have no time. My skin care consists of SPF & under eye cream after my shower & I’m literally out the door 😩 if I have time I’ll add some concealer for the areas that need concealing & mascara. Mind you that’s on a good day 🥺 your skin care routine looks like it requires quite a bit of time but at the same time you inspire me to do better 🥰👌🏼

You should spit not rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. You need the fluoride to protect your teeth. Washing it off just means youve wasted your time brushing it without getting the full benefits of the toothpaste. Just a suggestion from someone who works within dentistry :)
