For exact context, since I'm the one who made it.
It's bonding D20, I did the exact same thing Farfa did last time with the "find a random page on the wiki and make up something immediately". I made it in 2 minutes in MS Paint and posted it to the subreddit with as sincere of a setup as possible because I was convinced the userbase had such low standards they'd give even the lowest quality meme a free pass onto meme review.
