I just made my variation on this using what I had in the fridge: hatch green chilis instead of jalapeño and cheery tomatoes instead of big tomatoes. Cooked in cast iron skillet with olive salt and pepper. Fast, easy and really tasty.

I love this channel, love you guys and the combo of immigrants AND Americans. Shooting, eating, you name it. So diverse which is cool because I love when people of all kinds get together, share foods, languages, etc. On a side note, I find it funny as all hell when Mexican dude says Cabron. As a white guy, I sometimes say escuchame cabron, cabron or other Spanish words or phrases when talking with close friends or cousins. Language is a powerful thing.

Looks good! Put the veggies in with the meat because ribeye cooks very quickly. It will be done at the same time? Also get the meat outta that hot cast iron pan or it continues to cook and again will over cook that ribeye! Also add 1/8 tsp cumin and 1 tsp of chili powder plus 1 tsp garlic granules, perfecto! But I like my ribeye anywhere between med rare and medium, it loses flavor cooked beyond that!
I just began following your videos today....they’re great. My question is regarding jalapeños. First, it appeared you removed the seeds on your hotdog video and on this video you left the seeds in. I’m a 1or 2 Star person when it comes to spicy hot. How best for a novice to get the flavors of Jalapeños without the heat? Thanks.
