2024 Ep 3 Searey Seaplane Spirit of Mackenzie Dilbert's on the job

After nine years, my home-built seaplane is only 96% built (with 96% left to go!), still a lawn ornament and not a plane. But now I have some time, a bit of an opportunity and most importantly, I have a plan. Not just to finish the build, but also to get it into the air and onto the water; exploring the Salish Sea and seeing how many of the supposed 32 lakes in the area are seaplane friendly. Did I mention that I don't even have a pilot's license currently? But hey, I have a plan, sort of...
