I so agree! Pig trotters are not for everyone, but they are so tasty. Would love to experience more of the Caribbean and soul food style for the pig trotters.

I was really impressed with the quality of their dim sum, regardless if it is a buffet or not. Chicken feet, aside from the nails, and the sticky rice and tripe were delicious.
Real trooper Tim! You actually drove 5 hrs from Vancity to Renton just to do this vid for us. Scallion oil over rice is such a classic Canto thing. In a HK Cha Chian Teng , they mix scallion oil over instant noodles topped with a pan fried chicken cutlet.
That's a pretty good looking, and fresh, buffet. Priced reasonable for the amount of offerings... esp with some very traditional dishes. Looks very good, and decent value.

I have a recipe for what I think is the snowflake dessert that has marshmallows and milk powder. It’s excellent with peanuts, but it’s also really good with almond and dried fruit. A really good really easy candy.

Oh, I’ve never been out into the DC area although I’ve been to Dulles airport a lot. I used to work with a lot of customers in Maryland and North Virginia, but never met them as it was mainly over the phone. Would love to visit one time because I’ve heard from them about all the great food as well.

Curious about your camera setup, your edits are so seamless, I assume you use a DJI Pocket but it seems as if you are using at least 2 cameras at once (sometimesit seems more), is this just the magic of your editing? If you are willing to do a little research you can find these hidden gems in most major cities. Again you found an excellent one for the price. While the steak might have been over cooked having a grill station is always a plus 😊
It’s always nice to get the food grilled up for you fresh. I can totally understand with the steaks because they were so thin, it’s virtually impossible to get a sear and have it cooked medium. Very nice nonetheless.
It was quite a nice buffet and a really great value at $31! By the way, they’re tipping policy is 10%! Really nice to see that tipping isn’t going overboard

It was quite a nice find and very good value for a great dim sum and authentic Chinese food you get. I’m not too sure on the weekdays, but I caught a glimpse at the menu and I believe it was in the mid 20s.
Practice restraint - fills two plates. Love you! Hot and sour soup isn't as good as it once was. Less ingredients, no long get the lily buds and shitake in most now. Never had tripe or trotters but would try them at a buffet. Nice selection but too bad some items were so-so. Next time order those thin steaks rare. Blessings from a cloudy Oregon.
Hope you’re staying dry. It is quite wet in Vancouver at the moment. It was hard to practice restraint as there were many tempting items there. I get what you mean with the hot and sour soup. The shiitake mushrooms make all the difference. Hope you’re keeping well and stay dry!🙂
There are quite a few nice buffets in Seattle and unfortunately, buffets here in Vancouver are few and far between. Maybe I’m just not looking hard enough.😉

The Mandarin Grill Buffet is actually in Redmond, WA, not Renton, WA. Feast is in Renton. Another place you might want to check out is Sumo AYCE Sushi in Kent, WA.

$31 is really Cheap for the Crab Legs by itself Supermarket prices for Crab Legs $21, eat 2 Clusters and it's already worth the Entire Meal and especially with today's inflated fast food prices this is really a Great Bargain! i goto my Local Buffet $15 every week, just can't beat $15 for a Buffet, a single entre elsewhere would've cost at least $12+.... For $15 Buffets, i'ld go everyday when i'm retire and have all the time in the world to exercise everyday. ✌✌

I think that is very close to it. There is a bit of a true, but I suspect it’s a bit earlier than marshmallow almost like a nougat

Oh, those are some of my favourites too! Ribeye is really second to none. I’ve heard the term tiger sauce, but have never tried it. Very curious.

It was quite a nice find and very good value for a great dim sum and authentic Chinese food you get. I’m not too sure on the weekdays, but I caught a glimpse at the menu and I believe it was in the mid 20s.

Practice restraint - fills two plates. Love you! Hot and sour soup isn't as good as it once was. Less ingredients, no long get the lily buds and shitake in most now. Never had tripe or trotters but would try them at a buffet. Nice selection but too bad some items were so-so. Next time order those thin steaks rare. Blessings from a cloudy Oregon.
Hope you’re staying dry. It is quite wet in Vancouver at the moment. It was hard to practice restraint as there were many tempting items there. I get what you mean with the hot and sour soup. The shiitake mushrooms make all the difference. Hope you’re keeping well and stay dry!🙂

There are quite a few nice buffets in Seattle and unfortunately, buffets here in Vancouver are few and far between. Maybe I’m just not looking hard enough.😉

Yeah, I believe the dish is a Chinese wine marinated chicken. It’s got a unique flavour and quite authentic, although not my favorite.
Next time we go to Seafoodcity in Tukwila, we will try that Mandarin buffet and grill..I always stay away from sticky rice to eat more different dimsum. 👍
Oh, I heard there was a Jollibee near there as well! Yeah, it’s a double edged sword with the sticky rice😉

What? You visited Mandarin Buffet without pinging me? Mandarin Buffet is in Bellevue, WA just off the 520 freeway. It’s been a staple in the Eastside for quite sometime even longer than Feast Buffet of Renton, WA.

@@TimLeeLetsGo Technically, the restaurant has a Redmond address but I still consider it closer to Bellevue than Redmond Redmond. The area by 148th Street Redmond or Bellevue has a lot of good Asian Restaurants. Sun Sui Wah is around the area! I can’t wait to watch your next video. Too Tasty!!! 😋

The Chinese buffet restaurants are pretty much in the same standard everywhere, the difference is the price.
Oh, you’ll definitely find the common foods there. Was quite surprised at their price point and the quality of their dim sum. A nice find.

The Mandarin Grill Buffet is actually in Redmond, WA, not Renton, WA. Feast is in Renton. Another place you might want to check out is Sumo AYCE Sushi in Kent, WA.

Here's a place you would really like good to do a review to the original banana leaf restraunt on Broadway I've been going there for 20 years when I get a chance as I live in kelowna try the abundance of seafood in gu Lai curry , their greens beans, us really good and their coconut rice in banana leaf, oh their Sable fish in caremalized and mussels are good their food is all good except maybe the randang beef stew stew meat tends to be dry to me and this is that way to

$31 is really Cheap for the Crab Legs by itself
Supermarket prices for Crab Legs $21, eat 2 Clusters and it's already worth the Entire Meal and especially with today's inflated fast food prices this is really a Great Bargain!
i goto my Local Buffet $15 every week, just can't beat $15 for a Buffet, a single entre elsewhere would've cost at least $12+.... For $15 Buffets, i'ld go everyday when i'm retire and have all the time in the world to exercise everyday.
