After getting some outrageous quotes for painting our kitchen cabinets we decided to take it on ourselves with the Rustoleum Cabinet Transformation kit. In this video I show the before and after as well as the process of transforming our cabinets.
***We ended up using two small kits, there were no large kits at our local Lowes but they are usually available. We used the tint color "Linen"
There are still a few more things we would like to do to the kitchen now that the cabinets are complete. I hope to share the full makeover in a future video

Beautiful. I'm getting ready to do my cabinets and add hardware. I'm definitely not doing those type of drawer pulls, though. I'm too worried of a spider hiding under it, lol!!!
Haha that is such a funny thing to say, never would've occurred to me! Luckily there are tons of pretty bar type pulls

They look great! However how do you like the linen next to the white appliances. Do you feel like you should have used a pure white?
Thank you! We are very happy with the linen because it isn’t “too white” it looks fine with the white appliances as well, however we are replacing those gradually with stainless
if I didn't have a sprayer, could I use rustoleum spray for the fronts?
I wouldn’t use spray paint I don’t think it has the same makeup you need for cabinets to be able to wipe them off, you can absolutely just paint them with a brush or roller, that’s what we did for the boxes and what I did for the bathroom cabinets

No we choose not to spray in the house (I didn't have enough confidence in myself for that) so we rolled/brushed all the areas that couldn't be removed
Does the linen give off a yellow look? I’m thinking about doing this color too. I’m worried about having to repaint my doors and trim
No I don’t think it gives off yellow at all, we already has white trim and left it, it didn’t look yellow comparatively
Great vid. I am about to use the same kit. Did you spray the top coat on to the doors and drawers or brush it on?
Brandon Baxter we rolled/brushed on the top coat! You can use the sprayer we just did it by brush because we were still using the sprayer for paint at the time
Did you have to thin paint while using sprayer?
Yes you do! It will depend on your sprayer but ours told us the exact ratio to thin
