Thank you for this. I subscribed and liked because you two deserved it. He’s the BUT…… A huge and critical part of doing this is the decorative glaze. I understand your two chose not to use it, that’s fine but an example on another piece of scrap wood would have completed this DIY/review tutorial video. As I start to apply the decorative glaze now, I am certain that this step is the most difficult and important to the whole look.
Keep it up you too! Great teamwork. It’s clear you two love each other.

This was awesome thank you :) doing It this weekend! BUT! Someone else said the box advises to use a primer in between deglosser and base coat for oak cabinets. Is this true? Is it needed? And did u do extra sanding? Thanks 👍🏾

We didn't use a primer between the deglosser and base coat. We also didn't do any extra sanding.
And thank you for the sweet comment!! I'm glad we could help!

Lot of people not happy with top coat and bought from another vendor. What’s your thoughts on that?

I'm using this kit with the deglosser. I did use crud cutter to clean before using the deglosser. My cabinets are covered with vynil veneer. The paint works well.
