My idea for Queenie & Kinger is that they had a cute friendly rivalry as they are opposite chess colors (still besties but they poke fun at each other sometimes lmao)

6:57 there is a type of rabbit/hare with a name similar to Jax, a jackrabbit, that can be raised on farms, and it was said that Jax is afraid of corn because "it reminds him of the farm" and that in the pocket of his overalls there would be a powder used on plants, so he could have worked or grown up on a farm with rabbits in real life, and him not liking the farm would make sense as rabbits are also associated with running away and can hide in burrows under the ground, something Jax would want to do to escape the farm and his life, and that could be why he's a rabbit with overalls.
I have a theory about queeniei think she WAS quite sane but she was getting so annoyed from all of the amazing digital circuses shenanigans therefor abstracting before kinder

Kinger was Queenie's King, and Queenie was Kinger's queen
They also could've been enemies, cuz queenie is a dark chess peice, and kinger is light
I always kind of saw Gangle, not as the Comedy mask and tragedy mask, though i know she represents them. I feel like her design is based off not only mood swings but always i think she’s a geek.

A fun little theory for the worm character may be that it could of been a child (the worm design reflecting that) and the panic of not being with their family caused them to abstract

Your Jax one was inaccurate last time, as it's implied he's a farm boy. Also, it's implied in his room that kaufmo might have been a child, since he has multiple baby toys.

My personal theory is that Kinger and Queenie were married BEFORE they entered the circus, but forgot all about it as their memories were erased. So they fell in love again, thinking they had never done so
before. I think this makes it extra sweet and sad but idk if it makes sense… it makes sense in my head lol.
my headcanon for the worms name is "nawormi" like naomi ( a feminine name meaning pleasent or gentle) and worm mixed together
