this happens when ACCESS key is either expired or not configured properly. try again by creating ACCESS key and $aws configure May be Insufficient Permissions After creating user, did you provide permission?

Can you pls explain ..what is it mean "avoid" using root account except account setup: does that mean if we have create any EC2, S3, or anything so we need to create that under new created user or ?..Thanks @M Prashant
