- Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of industrial and mixed use large acreage parcels. Two large acres parcels are available. The City of Bend, Oregon is seeking qualified developers to submit proposals for the purchase and development. This Request for Proposal is focused on two parcels in Juniper Ridge, a 75.68 acre parcel and a 20.9 acre parcel. Respondents are encouraged to submit proposals for the development of one or both properties.
