Hi i have a question as a first time mom, i was wondering how many times you change in the hospital? If im in the hospital for 2-3 days (im high risk) do you change everyday in the hospital or do they keep you in hospital gown for most of the stay. Didn’t know if i should pack a nightgown and pair of underwear for each day of my stay. Thanks!!

If you’re high risk I would pack an extra outfit just to be safe. In my personal situation, I spent about a full day in a hospital gown. During my labor and afterwards it’s easiest to wear a gown because they’re constantly checking you and your uterus so access is key. By the following day after my initial labor is when I showered and changed into real clothes. I only went through 2 outfits total for both of my children and that includes going to and leaving the hospital but it never hurts to pack a little extra ❤️
