My thoughts are of home today, my native home where they are celebrating St David's Day, our Patron Saint of Wales/ Cymru. Prayers and hymns will be sung and taste traditional foods..the children may wear red clothing: the girls may wear the full national costume as they hear of the story of St David..perhaps creative works of writing and art will be displayed; as well as recitations, songs also historical folk dance; a mini eisteddfod to enjoy a fun day in competition. I remember as such from 70 years ago which I believe little has changed.. bar modern technology of course ! Many Blessings to all in Wales and those in distant lands, also those who have settled there to make anew: it's time to reminisce the memory of our home: land/ coastscape, beauty of the people and their/our rich culture and worthy traditions throughout the Principality. Everyone should read comments everywhere and you’ll see people falling away. Truly sad and scary thing to see. I have been seeing everyday across social media platforms. People arguing amongst themselves and vitriolic towards one another. We must not engage in these principalities and keep our eyes on Jesus. He’s our refuge. A time now in the season of harvest. Separating the wheat from the tares.
