I made the Frida by AtelierJupe for SewAprilBlouse24. It's done, I finished it yesterday, but it's not yet photographed and uploaded. I will get that done over te weekend. I now have another Frida cut out and ready to sew. Love that pattern!
I loved the What Vicki Made fabric but none of them were my colors. I was so bummed. I have been wanting to make the aims but haven't yet. Can't wait to see yours.
Your new Art Print fabric is gorgeous and so unique. The shoe fabric is also very pretty and fun, the blouse will be lovely. I've cut out 2 blouses so far and hope to cut out 2 more this afternoon. I want to sew them up this week and then pick one to wear out next Sunday. My friends and I are going to an afternoon tea put on the ladies guild from a local Royal Canadian Legion. I love how you talk through your plans and then make the decision. Good luck with buying/selling house, and the job interview, and have fun at the sewing social.
Hope your house selling/buying goes well. Those fabrics are stunning so can't wait to see them made up. I've got the Tilda blouse cut out and if it goes OK then I want to make the aims as well. Enjoy your sewcial
Oh I love that green face fabric. I to have lost my sewjo of late. But would love jumper/t-shirt in that fabric, where was it from Adele? Love watching your vlogs, and glad to see your sewjo is coming back. Xx
Hello Adele. I think the dress that would look great out of the fabric you bought from 'What Judy Sews' (?) is the reprint of the famous wrap dress by Diana Von Fuortenberg by Vogue patterns (V2000), I feel that the fabric design is very 'retro' and would really suit this fabric. Best of luck with your application for the new job and for selling your house...
I’ve got my blouse cut out but not sure if I’ll get it made up in time as I’m preparing for a sewing retreat with my lovely friends from love sewing mag.( we were in a photo shoot 5 years ago for ‘ love sewing ‘and do a retreat each year) I may take it with me but it’s all running a bit late. I think it’s a good idea to take those tnt pieces to the sewcial. I love the marlo cardigan. 😊
That face/leopard fabric is just incredible and looks amazing on you as a marlo!
Good luck with the house sale/purchase and the job interview 🍀🍀🏡🍀🍀
I sometimes talk to myself out loud without the camera on because it helps me put my thoughts into order 😂
Can’t wait to see the Banksy tee made up x
