Very helpful video, I am flying this route later in the year and haven't flown Swiss before, seats are not great typical Lufthansa "German efficiency" but not luxury when you are climbing over people as a solo traveler. I can't understand why they can't understand that many in business travel solo for work and want privacy, something most airlines now seem to understand.

The 2-2-2 configuration seems dated and travelers who are on the window have to jump over the other passengers to get to the aisle. Other than that, it seems just fine.
A great airline however for being business class. No hot towels were provided, one could not hear the purser and/or pilot stating the duration of flight and weather also an apology for such a delay and you guys had to endure inconveniences with checking in at the airport. The meals looked great and delicious and you were provided real cutlery, glassware, and oh let's see the swiss chocolates twice who can resist that. Were the flight crew amicable and courteous? Was there snacks available at the galley in case you wanted to get some water and pick up something to nibble on. I hoped you enjoyed Miami Beach and thanks for the video. P.S. the victorinox was really cheap looking they need to do better. This is why Emirates, Etihad, Singapore airlines continue to do so well and take marketshare in all continents. Why because of: cleanliness, hygiene, great food, comfort, great customer service on board the cabin, at the gates, at the airport counters. Super modern aircraft, amenity kits are top notch the best. Thanks again.

Completly OUTDATED Business Class !!!!!!!, exactly like OUTDATED Lufthansa Business Class. I would NEVER pay a BC ticket and have a passenger next to me !!!!!!. Today Business Class are 1 aisle 1-1 aisle 1. Im really surprised how at this point SWISS didnt change it, at least Lufthansa just renovated their BC in their A350………..10 years delayed !!!!
You are absolutely right! Felt the same
Yes and no. It is a standard product for a 4* airline. You cannot compare European products with SIN or EK...which are, by the way, not always top level products. By 2025 Swiss will get newer planes and completely redefine the interior. Some airlines did it earlier? Yes, but so what? You can't please everyone offering the same product exactly on the same date/year worlwide.
I have been flying SWISS for several years between Miami and Bangkok but my return flight will be my last because of the crappy seating layouts which are very outdated. It’s a shame because the food and service are very good. Also my ticket price increased from $4,000 to $6,000 this year. I would rather fly Qatar and experience Q suites.

totally right, but you know what, I'm finding really hard to find better food than this in business class on European airlines. I feel that KLM and Air France have better options, but if you check my other reviews (Lufthansa, Iberia, LOT, British), meals are all like this or worse. What's your experience?
@@airlapse I think TK and OS offer better food. For much better food (and a much better experience at all) try QR or SQ. I love to have lobster for breakfast when returning to Europe from SIN.
Most airlines business class food has gone down hill. Only a couple of the Middle Eastern airlines and a couple of Asian ones have good food now. I often resort bringing some snacks on board and sleeping for most of the flight depending on the airline, length of flight and location as at least most have the ability to get a good sleep.
