If this was SCUM you'd have to make getting a car your top priority and you couldn't throw away food, medicine and water like that :) And you'd have to learn how to craft stuff But it's tons of fun and you can even arrange deathmatches (traditional ones, and they're a "separate world" from the sruvival part, it's like an event).

When you were looking at your craft menu it had a blue water bottle which said purify water so that's how you use the purification tablets
