Unfortunately, now the W200's voice reminding function is only in English, as the robot has no OTA ability to upgrade its voice contents, it can only be in English for the global market. Dear Client, it is suggested to clean the window twice if there is heavy dirty on the glass. For the first cleaning, please use only dry cleaning cloth to wipe the heavy dust off; after that, please spray water on the cleaning cloth and make it wet, and then run the robot for the second time so that there is no strips. If there is heavy dust, the robot is not able to clean the glass in one time. Thank you. Sehr geehrter Kunde, es wird empfohlen, das Fenster zweimal zu reinigen, wenn das Glas stark verschmutzt ist. Bitte verwenden Sie bei der ersten Reinigung nur ein trockenes Reinigungstuch, um den starken Staub abzuwischen; Danach sprühen Sie bitte Wasser auf das Reinigungstuch und machen es nass.
