I have the ruler.
I don't understand how to cut the strips setting on top of it.
@@melodylingefelt6685 you use a standard ruler to cut your starting pieces. Just like you would for any quilt. Then you use the specialty ruler to convert it to a set of Kitty Cornered Blocks.
