Thanks for your video. After watching it, I started checking at the generator and found an in-line fuse had vibrated out of it's holder. I am now going from a monthly start check to a weekly as you advised.
I've been working on my On. Emerald lll. They have stuffed it into a compartment so small you have to remove it from the coach to change the spark plugs or access the carburetor. I'm going to build a slide out for it before I reinstall it. IF I can get it to run. I'm sure it's the carburetor but I can't get to the bolts to remove it. Gulf Stream wasn't thinking when they put the generator in such a small space. At least this way if I do have to take it in for repairs I can put it in the back of a truck and not have my coach in that I live I full-time.
Hello Tom! I would just do a simple Amazon search with the oem/original part numbers. Don't be tempted to get knock off parts. In some cases you can if they are the same manufacturer, but for how ofter you have to change these I would stick with the Onan branded parts. This will help with resale value later on. Thanks for watching!

Hello. Could you suggest or recommend to me a good carburetor and fuel pump for a Onan 4000 generator? Thank you. Tom
