Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a 2015 first-person shooter game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. It is the twelfth entry in the Call of Duty series and the sequel to the 2012 video game Call of Duty: Black Ops II. It was released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 6, 2015. @skytheprotogen im aware of that, i was talking about specifically this community, the bo3 community. All of those fun not so harmful glitches and exploits get thrown out the window when you see and are getting killed by a invisible and invincible players. And with them never going to touch the game again you can expect the already limited community bo3 to have rn is going to just increase with more abuse of exploits making most people leave the game entirely or transer over to being another exploiter. I know that some communities can deal with them more than others like the elder scrolls community, there games are completely overflowing with exploits and ways to break the games but with those you can actually avoid doing them and if there is a harmful one you can generally fix the issue. Competitive games where players use them to gain unfair advantages over other players can kill a community. Especially when they never get fixed.
Similar things happens to me recently. I bought CoD MW2 (2009) and the first round I joined there was a guy hovering in one spot and sniping everyone…

It is weird to me that people choose to do this. Why would you just want to spend your day ruining others' experiences? I could see it being fun for maybe a couple hours max, but then I'd just feel bad and lame since I'm not trying to get better and am cheating.
I have a account but honestly it’s just to combat them I have dark matter hero gear all that a 1.52 kd on my main so I’m not terrible but I play all my games legit until a nerd on the other team goes invisible😭

Was BO 2 this decade too? That's the last one I really played and I really enjoyed it. Most COD games back then just seem to have been cared for more. Now games know where the money's at, it's yearly releases of the same stuff and a lot of micro transactions/pay to wins.

Bro I just quit multiplayer after getting an enemy who was completely invisible throughout an entire nuketown match, before dropping a RAPS every 3 seconds for the last 2/3 of the match. Entire match spent spraying and praying that I would hit them, while getting killed by the hundreds of RAPS every few feet
It sucks that there are those types of players and modders because now everyone that’s a high level just gets accused of modding even though you worked so hard.😢

Bo3 on pc is kinda boring because of the many hackers and cheaters, but on the consoles (ps4/5, xboxes etc.) there are less and almost no (for so far i saw) no hackers and cheaters

Don't play online if you're playing older cod games. Hackers can not only ruin the game but can also inject malware which will steal your IP adress. I play H2M mod and I only play Private Match with bots. I dont touch online.

It’s funny because I tried this one time on bo2 I had a command line where I could perma ban people 💀 I used it once and then I never used the menu again I play as your everyday average player (with 49k kills using only snipers)

I play BO3 and never had glitches or hackers at all but the connection to host lost always happens to me cause I have not that good internet lol. But never experienced any hackers and still one of my favorite cods

I'm pretty happy Microsoft fixed the servers for the og cods. They also fixed the left 4 dead servers and Im more happy about that.

they have a mod menu downloaded off the web that allows you to kick players, find their ip address, mod their account and so much more
