"In the Shade of Ramadan" is an annual online video series produced by MAS Youth during the month of Ramadan. ISR is a series of educational and motivational reflections featuring various speakers across the country. This year's season will feature 15 episodes (an episode every other day) reflecting on the Forty Hadith of Imam Nawawi (40HadithNawawi.com).

Dr. Imad Bayoun is widely involved in religious education, especially among the youth, as a lecturer for the Muslim American Society (MAS), and its signature project the Oak Tree Institute. Dr. Imad was born in Beirut, Lebanon, where he received his BS and MS from the American University of Beirut. He received his PhD in Entomology from the Texas A&M University. He resides in Riverside and works as the Insectary and Quarantine Officer at the Entomology Department of University of California in Riverside. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Islamic Studies at the Graduate Theological Foundation. He taught Aqeedah and Fiqhas-Seerah (Jurisprudence of the Prophet's Biography) at the Islamic American University, and has published several audio series on "Purification of the Heart", "Muslim Character", and other topics. It is narrated on the authority of Amir al-Mu'minin (Leader of the Believers), Abu Hafs 'Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), say
"Actions are according to intentions, and everyone will get what was intended. Whoever migrates with an intention for Allah and His messenger, the migration will be for the sake of Allah and his Messenger. And whoever migrates for worldly gain or to marry a woman, then his migration will be for the sake of whatever he migrated for."
