I think people like the sink in the dinning becaus people don't like to walk untill to rhe bathroom to wash their hands so they just wash their hands and eat am from Tanzania 🇹🇿 people like the sink in the dinning in Tanzania and they dont like open spaces

Amazing how quickly the houses have been built. I think the house could have done with less tile (laminate floors would make the house warmer), and a plain backsplash in the kitchen would have been more “chic.” Else, great show as always!
The good thing with buying while it's under construction is that you can customize it like this for yourself

I love the house. I prefer wood or metal stair railing. Unless the glass railings are very thick & durable!! My kids love throwing balls in the house, and we allow them. Well done, Mansa & team❤

This house is the best for a gd budget the developer did an amazing job.... the things tht I would change is the electric switches and sliding wardrobes.. I would copy the exterior design and enlarge the staircase plus the extra bedrooms to expand a little bit...thumbs up nice work. I have gotten an idea for my dream home... At the given price point, I find no reason for any grievances. The house is appropriately priced, and the quality of its finishes aligns with its cost. If there were an area for potential enhancement, it would involve completing the balcony on the first floor, potentially converting it into a family room

I love everything about this house. Everything is well thought out by the developer. I wish he could remodel my old rusty house to a modern and functional like this one. I need 13mln ASAP. A good investor would buy all the three in that compund unless offcourse they are already occupied.

Looks really good value for money all round. Some well thought out customisation would really improve it. Not a fan of that particular exterior staircase to roof - should have been concrete to match the rest of house exterior. And its a “no” for the living-room/dining room sink (even unecessary here cos its just a couple steps away from kitchen sink.

Further to my comment above… I wonder (considering the location and general rental demand) what would you guys rather ‘invest’ your hard earned 13m in - this well priced house or an apartment of same price in Lavington/Riverside/Kilimani/Kileleshwa?
If you are looking for a short term investment option, you can go for the 2 bedroom in kilimani, but if you are looking to flip the house in 2 or 3 years time, this 13M mansion will fetch more money in the market than the apartment.

@@sirprestige8803 actually, I had miscalculated, and I’m sorry about that. The two houses will fetch around the same amount in rent, 60-80k. However, two years down the line, the 2 bedroom in kilimani will have appreciated very little in value. The prices tend to stagnate, it’s a slow growth. However, this 4 bedroom will fetch way more by next year. Even as it is, you can still put it in the market for 15M and you will get a buyer. Especially because over the last 3 months, developers have been increasing their prices, some with double digits. Houses that were going for 38M in Tilisi are now going for 50M, houses that were going for 18M along thika road are now going for 25M.

Generally well-done. I like everything to do with the house except the kitchen. It appears smaller for a4 bedroom maisonette. They should also v done shelving for the pantry.
