i spent the better part of 2021 reading dramione fanfictions and since then, i have read more than 300 stories, so i decided to make a youtube channel to share with you all my thoughts & two cents, not only on fan works but also on books and reading in general.

I read manacled and dived right into a reading slump. 6 months going strong yay!. Like nothing combats that book at all. Its one of the bestEST things i jave ever read i feel so privileged to come by senliyu.

Have you read “Secrets and masks”? I’ve heard amazing things about this fic. Some people even like it more than Manacled

@i read this and that finished remain nameless as a part of a healing after manacled - it was great and really soothing but too long. Loved Draco in here, my favorite Draco so far. His personality and growth here is everything. Now i am reading Disappearances of Draco Malfoy, dont know what to expect yet ☺️ then i want to continue with something heartbreaking as Manacled was 😄
yess i can definitely see remain nameless being long. i think the disappearances will give you a bit more to look forward to, but i think manacle might have ruined wartime for you LOL. i would recommend secrets and mask for your heartbreaking deal haha

@@wandacorleone hellowww thank you very much for trusting me!! i am personally very okay with stopping the reading (the people call it "did not finish" or "dnf") if i don't find the story interesting anymore. i do this with many of the "famous" fics, or even the most "favorite" works in the fandom. sometimes i just cannot get into it :( not all fics are for you, so if you are not connected, i don't see any reasons why you should continue

Oh this is what im looking for, manacled is my first dramione and it set my standard so high that it is difficult for me to find good story afterwards. Ive tried to read some popular stories but i ended up dnf it, and im glad all the stories I didnt like didnt included in this list..

Ive been drowning in dramione fanfic for 2 months now....since i read manacled hhhhh...and each time i say this is the last one i need to read something else i got dragged right back in 😂 .... so far I found the disappearance of draco malfoy the most satisfying one ... its the most faithful to the story and it has everything i wished for...

I don't really know since I never read the books too hhhhh ... I chose the tdodm as best fanfic ..because I don't think that manacled is simply a fanfic.. like it has a life and a fandom of its own at this point hhhh it was soo achingly good hhhh

amanda, let me tell you 🥹🥹 i put it off for so longggggg and dosed myself with so much fluffs before i started, but OBVIOUSLY you'll never be prepared enough for this 😩 personally, i think it is BRUTAL and definitely worth it, but no fic is ever a must if it isn't right for you 🥰 anw i can spoil it for you all you want so you don't fomo friend 💌

I am still not ready for Manacled. I have read and absolutely ADORED 'Draco Malfoy and the Mortifying..' 😊it's something else entirely and if you want a feel good, bantery, smart-assy and charming book - it's the one for you. Have read 'Isolation' as well - also very good but will wrench your heart and make you bawl your eyes for Theo (still not over it btw) 😭 Just finished 'Bring him to his knees' - it is good but includes VERY mature content (will only say it didn't hit the right spots for me 🤭), so be warned. But it also has great dialogue and banter between Draco & Harry/Draco, Pansy & Blaise and I'm here for it 😆 didn't finish 'Unchained' - just couldn't get on board with the writing style, plus again - THEO...will be starting 'Revelry' soon and will take a look at other 'feel good' Dramiones after..like said..not really ready for Manacled..or Auction..
don't know why our authors always do theo dirty 😭 i can understand manacled because there is just never enough prep you can do for that fic 😭 i also put it off for very long before i started and well - my life was never the same again LOL.
@@ireadthisandthat I'm starting to see that as well - poor Theo 🥺 have to look for a fic where he does get his HEA 🤗 I have finished All Our Secrets Laid Bare yesterday and ooh boy! Turns out I like a naughty Drarry 🤭 it wasn't actually bad in terms of writing and I liked how things progressed between Harry and Draco. Ron wasn't a bad one in this either. Started A Brother to Basilisks today - apparently it's a Drarry too but it's well over 1200 pages long so will see how well it keeps my attention 🤔 I had absolutely zero clue Harry Potter fanfic world is so MASSIVE! It's kind of daunting but I'm hoping I will be able to keep on finding interesting and well written ones 😄 please keep on the good work with your videos - they do help!

@@ireadthisandthat I am now at Chapter 57 of Manacled(Flashback, reading it in an illustrated version in Wattpad) and it is dark, truly. But it's dark and beautiful at the same time, so r18 for me HAJAHHAHAAHJSKW, it's a really good book tho I can't get enough of reading it oml, the way it's described is just perfect 👌👌👌👌

Hey, this is going to be very random, but I Just came across your Video and you Like a lot of the Same Fics I do (❤). Hence, I decided to give "the dragons bride" a Chance since I Had never Heard about IT. Tbh I couldn't get past what happened in the First chapter. I think "non con" is Just a nicer way of calling IT what it is: Draco forced himself on Hermione when she was asleep. That is so far past the Line, the Line is Just a dot. It's more than him being an entitled prick. I gathered from your recommendation and the comments on the First chapter that this IS an amazing Story, but I Just don't See how to get past this?

i honestly think that you do not need to continue reading the story if the first chapter bothers you/makes you feel uncomfortable. i know the feeling of getting reminded of that when you carry on with the story. no matter how amazing a story is, it cannot be that amazing when you cannot enjoy it 🥹 i can always spoil the story for you, but pls don't force yourself to get past it. i want nothing more than you being able to enjoy dramione fics and i'm truthfully sorry for the experience 🥹🫶🏻
