Hi Deborah, I completely understand what you mean. I think we have been taught as humans that we shouldn't think highly of ourselves because it is narcissistic. But as long as you believe it in a kind way, not in a 'better than others' way, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Also, you don't have to believe the words yet...once you listen repetitively, eventually these will become beliefs. But for now, just take them in as words. Hope this helps xxx
