Pac-Man CE DX+ - Championship I Time Trial (Short 5) 23.61

After a few hours of searching for ways to improve my PB on this, I finally found a way! This is unfortunately not the time I was looking for though, as the WR is a time of 23.60. However, I do think this strategy does make 23.60 possible, I just have to perform a little bit better. Honestly I was about to give up with this, I'm glad I kept going and finally found a way to improve. Even if this strategy doesn't make 23.60 possible, I'm happy I at least found a way to improve my time!
