Binder features:
1. Mainly consist of corn starch.
2. Completely replace the bentonite, lime, sodium silicate, molasses and lime.(Our binder doesn't contain phosphorus,sulfur and doesn't produce phosphorus,sulfur )
3. Strong bonding performance. (wet strength: 1.5m drop integrity; cold compressive strength(CCS): up to 250kg)
4. High durability and forming rate. (95% forming rate)
5. Less dosage and cost effective. ( usually 3-5% )
6. Less ash content, easy to store and ship and it doesn’t affect the steel making process.
