A lot of everyday US people are very nice and friendly. Some are indifferent and a small percentage are not so nice. I think US people who live abroad and embrace the people and culture tend to be nice and friendly. Taylor is a wonderful example of a good person. I can’t speak to politicians; they’re in their own worlds.
I was in Jakarta 3 weeks ago. The traffic there is horrendous and chaotic. Makes what I saw here look like a picnic. Taylor, I appreciate you sharing parts of your life and making our lives a bit more colourful. I appreciate you to the core of "humaness". May peace and joy always follow you. Love, from one caring human to another.
@@pures1n I was going to say that looked as dangerous, or even less dangerous, than most of our big cities. NYC, Atlanta, and LA would murder you to get a car length ahead. Frankly it looked safe enough and like he save tons of time being able to drive more freely.
❤ You are the reason my husband and I came to KL last year. We fell in love with the people and city. Looking to spend 5 months in Penang starting Jan 25 and exploring for retirement.
KL is indeed a beautiful city with all the trees. That is something we miss living in Turkey. Great video, as always, and enjoy your time with your friends Jeremy and Claire!
The area around the cheese shop is quite appealing, trees here and there feels very calming. I could live there. Lunch in that cheese shop would be a frequent delight being that cheese is one of my most favorite foods. And the bread looks delicious. Yum. A tad impatient at traffic lights, we are, aren't we, Taylor? It must be thrilling riding on a motorbike, plus a smidgeon of scary to round out the experience. What I noticed about being on a motorcycle as opposed to in a car, is that: - in a car one is looking out through a windshield at a video/picture show. -on a motorcycle one is riding in the video/a part of the picture show. Yup, I could stand the thrill of some more motorbiking. Informal eatery, great companions, the best in a fun food time. Bye for now, see you in the next one. PS: I had to rewind and see the cheese shop again, and the surrounding area. 💜💙💜
I enjoyed the sight-seeing KL video on your scooter. I was born in Penang, grew up there but left for the US forty years ago. Following your youtube, I am considering returning to Malaysia for retirement but may have to apply for the MM2H as an option. Thank you for having this video, great commentary and youtube.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in KL! The cold cuts and cheese were delicious and we just loved Back Alley Pasta. 🎉😊 Your microphone is great, the sound is perfect!
I really enjoyed this one Taylor, I never tire of your Vespa tours throughout KLCC. After waiting almost 65 years, I too just acquired a beautiful 2020 Vespa GTS 300 in white . It truly looks brand new and only has 1700 miles on it. Wishing you all the very best from Avondale AZ.
Taylor thanks for the drive around KL, gives a much better feel of what KL is like. And a little different from your usual videos. Great. Much appreciated. Thanks
That was such a fun video! Thanks for sharing KL and your friend’s visit. The bike rides seemed "white knuckle" but you did great in traffic. I'm impressed! What a host you are with the wine and dessert. Anyway, thanks again. From a sub and fan, Dan, Virginia Beach USA 💕
Wow, that's so cool. It's such a small world. I've only been here for about 7 years with my friend Eric. Where did you live in Florida? I lived in greater Orlando for about 10 years previously.
Nice video again! Filming the ride is a nice idea, indeed one can see how green our city is. Would be nice if you show is more parts of KL on motorcycle❤
Another fantastic video, Taylor. Thanks for taking us on a tour of the very green KL! The studio Airbnb, your friends rented, looks quite clean and modern, too, btw. 🙂

Enjoyed your bike ride in KL. So much more civilized than crowded Bangkok (which I lived in for a long time but not any more; getting too old for Asian cities, apart from short visits). Good to see the folks from Cambodia as well and you sound like you had a great time.
A lovely video, really enjoyed it, the food looked delicious, cheese caught my attention, love cheese, looked beautiful where you were riding through the streets in KL lots of trees & plants so nice to see in a big city. 🙂
Hi Taylor, have you ever encountered traffics in SaiGon, Vietnam? It is horrific and I am not sure if you wish riding a motorcycle there.... anyhow, always enjoy your videos 😊and 🙏.
Hi..Taylor...u r really like a local motor Super rider ....i would advise riding on a Sunday would be more safe than a working day..where traffic is more congested not to mention pedestrians crossing main busy roads ... u deserve a 👍 for yr bravery . ....good video...and narations ..
😊 Try show riding at the MRR2 Ampangs Highway whats it looklike. From Ampangs Petronas to BatuCaves...then left back to KL City and KLCC then back to home..😊
You rock with your Vespa Taylor. I think it's great to avoid traffic jam. Is it better or to buy a Vespa in Malaysia ? May be you can make a little video about how to get a Vespa in Malaysia. Up to you Sweetie.
Uthant was the third United Nations Secretary General (1961-1971).. the first SecGen from Asia (he was from Burma/Myanmar). the street is named after him.
Thanks for the ride along and commentary I found it interesting, and traffic seemed tame compared to S.E. Asia and some places in the U.S.. I seem to remember K.L. traffic and drivers as being fairly reasonable, but Pucker-Factor gets high enough in other parts of Asia I prefer to drive. Hope you, Jeremy and Clair might set for a chat and share some thoughts on living abroad.
thanks for sharing the vespa ride! just moved to KL 2 months ago and been wanting to ride one around the city as well, but almost everyone here tell me not do it for safety reasons. After seeing your video, i'm reconsidering it!
Really refreshing you brought us to memory lane. I love watching you go about KL saw a beautiful scenery. If it save on holiday you can bring us again by your scooter. Be safe
Enjoyed watching you go past the Shangri-La area where we’ve stayed a few times - past Gravy Baby and Healy Mac’s. I need to get down to KL and spend some time, now that I’m back in Malaysia!!
I agree your brave riding round KL on the scooter in that traffic 😅 We're coming to Malaysia in March next year, while there were going visit friends over in Sibu, have you ventured over there? If not it would vw great to see it from your point of view! 🤔😎 I was gonna email you back but ive lost your email address 😮
Andrew, if it's fun for you to make the tour around the city then I would like to ask for more because I truly enjoyed it. Although I live for many years now in Shah Alam, KL never gets bored, it's always something new to see... and Mat Salleh on scooter (is it Vespa?) is kinda rare. 🤔Just ride safe.
Hi Taylor. I am 60 yrs old. The last time I rode a motorcycle was 20 years ago, especially when I started to suffer from a herniated spine. A Vespa is safer but still risky. Perhaps you need to add some extra blinking lights (if allowable).
I swear while you were talking about where you were going to eat out - I thought you should take them to Back Alley Pasta - that place seems so freaking cool! Great video about the place where you interviewed the owner. THAT is one place IF I ever make it to KL I would like to go. Thanks for sharing - looking forward to your next videos.
Love your Vespa ridings Vlog. I am recommending that you Vespa rides through the Rawang Bypass, DASH and SUKE highway for a great view of greater KL. That will be an awesome Vespa ridings Vlog.
Thanks that was a great ride to see. I was surprised by the amount of greenery throughout your ride, I was also surprised to see a lot less scooters than I expected. Was it just the area or is that generally throughout KL for less scooters.
You’re a brave man to drive a motorcycle in that traffic. I enjoyed seeing KL from that perspective. You’re also a great host.
I appreciate that! 🤗

Back in 13-14 years ago, I used to hang out at Gypsy Bar, Changkat...love the ambience, they used to play out 80s-90s songs...really mesmerized
Hi Andrew. Please don't zip in between cars while riding in Kuala Lumpur. It's dangerous!! Take care & stay safe.
